Hi Drawstup Cuties, Winnie here. Today we're going to draw the Tuxedo Sam Sunday Squishmallows.
So let's get started. To draw this sweet penguin, let's first start by drawing a big curve for the
top of the head. So I'm just going to come right here and draw your basic squishmallow shape.
So I'm going to go up and it's narrower at the top and so I'm just going to go across
for the top of the head and about right there I'm going to stop. If you're using a pencil,
just finish up the curve. I'm going to stop right here because I have this big hat I need to draw.
So about right here, which is kind of like my center of the top of the head, I'm going to come
right here and cut it in half. Basically draw a big curve going across. So now that I have that,
let's go ahead and finish this hat. I'm just going to round it off to create this oval as slant
right there and then I'm going to come in right here and follow my curve
about right there and then I'm going to angle out. So
just turn my body a little bit, make sure I'm going the right direction. So right here
and here and then I'm just going to go ahead and round it off for the top of the hat
and just finish up my bottom right here. And then at the top right here, we're going to draw a big
cherry. So just draw a circle at the top and I come right here with a curve and then put in a
little stem and thicken the end for our cherry. So then now we can just go ahead and continue our
big curve. So it's going to end about right here, come through right here I mean, and let's go down.
So like I said, if you're using a pencil, definitely just draw your basic squishmallow
shape first. We're just going to bring this down a little bit more,
makes it a lot easier. So about right there, I'll start to bring it in
and connect to the bottom with a shallow curve. There, so we have a basic squishmallow shape right
here. Then from there, let's bring this penguin to life. So let's say about, you know what,
let's come over here and draw a drizzle first. So I'm going to come about right here and I'm
going to wobble my way over and over right there and then let's see here. Then let's come to the
center. So our squishmallow center is about right here, so I'll say about right here. I'll give
myself a point and from there, that's where I'm going to draw his beak. I'm just going to draw
a tighter curve and then bring this out to create this rounded off triangle
and then connect at the bottom for the beak and then let's draw the eyes. So
I'm going to come right here about the top right in this area and draw a big oval
and same thing right across. So about right here,
there, and then let's make, um, well they're not draw so cute eyes,
so I'm just going to put a highlight right here and shade everything else in.
We'll keep it like the original, just put a little highlight and same thing right here.
So if you love Tuxedo Sam in Sanrio, definitely check out the one I did of Hello Kitty
as a unicorn suite. There, okay, so now that we have the eyes in, let's go ahead and about right
here underneath the beak, so say about right here. I'll just drag a point across and we're going to
draw a curve right across. So about right there, I'm going to go ahead and draw a curve to divide
the head from the body all the way across. Then let's add another band, so just follow the top
right there and then at the bottom right here, we're going to draw a bow right in the center.
So right here and here, just give myself two points and I'm going to come out and draw a bow,
very simple little bow. Two little lines right here and then let's see here,
let's come in over here, we're going to draw basically an oval around. So just come right here
for the tummy area, go nice and high, about right here, come out
and in and I'll add a heart right here to make it like just a cute tuxedo Sam from Squishmallows
and let's see here, some other details right here. Let's put a little
hand, so I'm going to come right here and draw this little curve,
come in and then we're going to draw a candy cane in here. So about in this area, I'm going to go up
and down and then just thicken it up all the way across, all the way down and then
since I have this here, I'm just going to use this, I'm just going to draw over it to create a curve
for some stripes. There we have our candy cane in and then some sprinkles up here,
almost forgot. I'm just going to draw some sprinkles going in different directions
it's all up to you what kind of sprinkles you want to put in here,
this way, some over here and maybe one right here.
So they're all done. I really hope I helped you draw a tuxedo Sam here as a Squishmallows
Sunday fun and easy. Thanks so much for watching and if you loved it, please make sure to subscribe
