First, it's important to take responsibility. So many people blame Universities, the Government or the Economy when they can't find a job. Blaming others will only put a psychological roadblock between you, and your dream job. Acknowledge that you haven't probably done everything you could, and see how your brain starts coming up with solutions.

Second, I encourage you to build a plan. So many people apply to jobs randomly, myself included, then don't even remember the company when they call them! Have a plan, track your application, and make sure you set yourself up for success.

Third, if you know you lack certain skills to find a job, don't just hope you get this experience. Make it happen by using websites such as Udemy, Youtube or Skillshare to learn new skills that you can show off during job interviews or inside your applications.

Fourth, master your interview skills. If I ask you how well was your last interview, would you be able to tell me exactly what went well, and what went wrong? Most people would give me vague answers. That's why you have to note everything you experience after an interview, reflect on your mistakes, and never make them again.
