OK, so now that we have kind of laid value over our bark plate here,
we want to just stand back far, look for big things that are catching our eye.
One thing that I'm noticing is that it doesn't feel like this part of my arm is tall enough.
And sometimes what happens with the bark plates,
the way that they were done is that the first plate was drawn,
and then a whole new drawing was made the second one,
because they were done as lithographs,
and there really wasn't the option in the time period that this course was being made
to just photocopy it or take a picture and then continue working.
So between the first portion that we did and this portion,
they're actually completely different drawings.
And because we started our notional space box with the first proportion,
sometimes there are slight shifts in the proportion
when you go to the second stage of the drawing.
In this case, when I'm looking at my overall height,
and comparing that to here,
I can see that I can go up just a little bit more in this corner,
which is a great thing because it solves these angles.
You may have noticed that I've been really playing with these angles a lot,
and I can't quite get them to settle into place.
And it turns out that the reason I was struggling with them
is because I can actually make the whole top of the arm a tiny bit taller.
So I'm going to make that adjustment.
I also noticed that this area right here is just a tiny bit dark.
I'm going to pull that out,
and then we will be done with our bark plate project today.
Okay, so the last thing I'm going to do
is just erase the rest of the construction lines
that are still on my page,
and then I will have a completed bark plate.
Okay, and so congratulations.
We have now gone through the entire process
of producing a bark plate.
And I wish you the best of luck in your endeavor to complete yours.
