Hi guys. Welcome back to the Marr brothers and Villa Bali.
All right, guys. I hope you liked the detail shots. If you did,
give us a thumbs up comment below and let us know what you thought. As always,
it's our biggest pleasure. My brother behind the camera and me as the presenter.
Now let's go back to the house.
What we have here is the entrance door into your house.
You can also come in through the gate that opens to a carport.
We'll explain that later.
But if you look at this cute tropical passageway leading right to the entrance
of the house, you already feel this cool vibe of this house.
And that's the reason we chose to film it. We love this home. It is cool.
We also have a carport here that goes around six meters in for those
who want to close it. Maybe there's a possibility to do that.
You have a carport section here as well.
And another carport further down that we're going to show later.
Now it's time to enter the house. So let's go.
Welcome to another tour.
We have four bedrooms laid out on two different levels,
but most importantly on this section,
we have the entire livable area that we're going to be discovering now.
So let's have a look. Vocal point of the entire living room area,
I would say is the polyform kitchen that we have present in the
center. Gaggenau appliances all throughout.
What's really cool are these self opening shelves, super stylish.
Coming to the Gaggenau appliances I mentioned just before,
also with a fridge set up here. There's another freezer here,
a lot of cupboard space, all with the darkish wood,
which I like very much in contrast to the whitish home.
Wine fridge can't be missing in the house. Skylight,
bringing natural light into the kitchen. And I love this because when you're
cooking, what's most important is the luminosity.
It's when you're standing here and you've got that overview of the entire
livable area,
you also get good natural light to do your veggies and all the other
goodies. We have to my left, a informal chill out lounge.
That's probably where you would come in the morning after you made your organic
smoothie and enjoy it here with all the dappling light from the tropical garden
and the reflection playing out here. Cool.
You also have a ceiling cove, LED strips, nicely positioned inside.
This is the terrace that we're going to be exiting later.
Hey, ladies and gentlemen, hold your horses.
We're still going to put a lot of focus onto the swimming pool,
the barbecue area and everything that we find out there.
There's bench made wooden table, more in the Scandi chick interior.
The interior was done by Sandon and they've done a fantastic job. Big mirror,
Patrick, what does the mirror do?
Gives a better depth of field.
Exactly.
And it also allows you to sit here and tilt your head to the right
and seeing the reflection of what someone's doing in the kitchen.
So you don't have to tilt it to the left for those who don't trust the cook,
right? Yeah.
What I very much like is that there is a fusion between every
section of this place. What do I mean with that, Dominic?
Because in my mind it always makes sense,
but I need to convert it over to you guys is that everything fuses.
Everything's one.
The living room area seems like it's part of the dining area, the kitchen area,
the informal living area so that you never feel like you are divided in
different rooms. And that's really cool. Aaron, the exclusive Lister from
VSB Marbella, he allowed us to show you guys this home,
although it's not even on the market yet.
There will be an open house for it in the description box.
You'll find the Instagram link to Aaron's Instagram page,
where you'll probably be informed along the way when it's going to happen in
case you're an agent, you watch our videos, thumbs up if you are. Anyways,
guys behind this wall is also the main bedroom that we're going to be looking
at in a second.
But before we have bedroom number one that we're going to be looking at right
now. So main bedroom,
bedroom number one staircase going up. Let's have a look. Come on.
Toilet, office, bedroom. Let's have a look at the office.
Great to have an office in your own house. Everything is still light lit.
You do have a vision outwards to the palm trees and the tropical garden.
That's landscaped throughout the entire house.
This would be the bathroom for the first bedroom that we're going to show you.
One sink vanity, all the tabs and finishes are from Antonio Lupi,
which is great. They do fantastic work. Lime stone plastering onto the walls.
A lot of natural light coming from the skylight yet again. And yeah,
solid bathroom. Like it very much. Bedroom,
nicely sized wallpapered interior design is throughout in the entire house.
Nothing is faulty.
You also have a little working desk here in case you want to come and work from
your own bedroom. You have a little terrace area. Let's have a look.
Perfect. Where to the left from where my brother's standing.
That's the window that leads to the office that we have just seen. And yeah,
look, think about it. You come take your favorite book out here.
Maybe the coffee you made in the kitchen.
You look at the tropical gardens,
you enjoy the coffee and the reed to perfect hideaway for bedroom.
Number one or the office. Now let's continue. All right.
Is it me or am I rushing it?
I kind of feel like I was rushing the first three minutes of the video.
Let's just take a step backwards and enjoy the ride.
This is the master bedroom. It's going to be our pleasure to show it.
So let's go.
Right. You've seen it in the detail shots or you are still seeing it.
This is a big rectangular space subdivided into three section,
the walk-in closet, which is right behind my brother. We'll see that later.
Well-centered in the middle is the main bed big in size.
What I love is the bed frame here.
It gives the impression of the entire bed sleeping area is bigger than it
actually is. But I think we do have a two meter by two meter bed here. Yes.
I can just verify that it's a nice sized bed. Totally.
This is a divisional wall that we're going to be checking out.
Should we do it like this? Let's go.
What we have here is your sort of semi open plan walk-in bathroom with a
another big bathtub to sink vanity setup.
Everything here, like the taps and the fittings from Antonio Lupi,
which is high end quality stuff, natural light coming in.
And once again, you do look out into your tropical Bali inspired garden.
These two hanging seats as well. So maybe after bath,
you can immediately go and sit and chill. I'd be wondering where do I shower?
You do that here. Nice and open plan shower.
Nudity is a big thing in Bali. Is it really? I don't know.
Is nudity a big thing in Bali?
Cause you would be showering naked,
which means people could see you when they're out there. It's also pretty cool.
What's not to be missed in the main bedroom is a terrace area.
You have privacy and you have this stunning botanic tropical garden with
imported palm trees,
cocoa palm trees and greenery that you are kind of enclosed with.
And that's beautiful. And you do feel very private,
especially on this terrace area. Now there are cushions missing on this one,
but they're bound to come because ladies and gentlemen,
this home isn't actually factually on the market properly.
We're the first to show it.
And if you want to buy it before it hits the market,
contact the exclusive list to Aaron. His details are below.
Just love that view. Let's fire back in. Come on.
We haven't put focus enough on the closet section here.
Kind of a semi walk-in closet. If you wish,
maybe you could even close it down, but I like the flow,
the openness of this entire area.
Now you might also see in a reflection,
my brother Patrick in the mirror who's behind the camera.
He's the creative director of the Mara brothers. And yeah,
also points out that this mirror reflects a lot of things that are in the further
distance of this room, giving you a perspective of a bigger space.
And now I'm going to walk into this toilet because yeah,
there wasn't a toilet in this awesome interior designed master bedroom.
Let's look, come sit down, do whatever you need to do on the toilet.
Antonio Lupi, once again,
one sink vanity here taps and a skylight with natural light flooding
in. Perfect.
Everything you need is here and it's separated from the bedroom.
So if you want to enjoy some privacy in there, you certainly can.
And I think a lot of people can relate that that is an awesome aspect.
And we haven't taken these stairs up to the solarium, but I will now.
So let's go.
This entire section closes as well and creates a sort of another skylight for
the staircase and the lower level.
But now welcome to a fantastic use of space.
And that's your rooftop. Come and sit with your friends. Enjoy a nice drink.
Sun tan. You're fully exposed to the sun right now.
Look at your imported palm trees, your swimming pool area. And of course,
a jacuzzi section there and a little kitchenette right
here. Cool. Wine cooler. Maybe even an ice machine.
I think this will be an ice machine. Everything you need. Patrick,
you go that way so we can show them the mountain,
which you also look at when you chill on this terrace. And that's nice.
La Concha mountain. I like it. I like it.
Picasso. That's it. No. Yeah. Thank you for tuning in guys.
This was a Mara Brothers production. That's always a pleasure.
And we're finishing now.
We still have the basement to show and the garden area.
Just checking the audience retention. If there are paying attention.
Oh, this is right in my niche.
Maybe we should do a break now and do part two tomorrow so I can just enjoy the
sun and the breeze. See you downstairs.
And of course there's also a one for the bedroom that we've completely missed
out to explain. Like I said, there are three bedrooms on this level,
one bedroom in the basement and the third bedroom on this level is right here
to my right. This is a guest toilet. We'll show that in a second.
Let's go in here now.
Covered spaces for your shoes and winter jackets. Like I said,
it's very cold here and best of all,
come this is your guest toilet in all its sheer beauty.
Wall papered, nice ceiling height,
recessed lighting and this really fancy Antonio Lupi
mirror with backsplash lighting, creating this cool play of light.
And Steck is going down to the basement. Let's have a look.
The basement not only houses a fully en suite bedroom and also this snug little
area to come and retreat, watch television,
or maybe send your kids here when you're having guests upstairs so they can be
quiet and watch their favorite TV show.
Right in front is a door with the machinery room.
I'm not going to show that. Still some stuff to be installed.
We have a laundry room, very fancy. Again,
everything here is polyform. The washer and dryer are still missing.
This house isn't even on the market, guys. I told you that. Bar area.
Invite your friends, drink some vino here.
Another polyform kitchen to be installed in the basement.
It's not fully done yet. Things are still missing,
but it's going to come within the next days.
And also a walk-in
vinoteca, a wine cooler. Check it out.
The basement has everything you need when it comes to entertainment and
fantastic use of space.
We have one last bedroom that we're going to be showing you and it's right
there. But before we do a click,
a quick glimpse into this bathroom, toilet, shower,
one thing, vanity, limestone plastered on the walls. Perfect. And out,
let's go to the last bedroom that we're going to be showing you in this really
cool Bali inspired house right here.
I love how every,
every room has an exit out to enjoy greenery and nature.
Now this one also leads up the staircase to the barbecue area.
I think we should have a look at it. So let's go. All right.
How cool is this guys?
To eat outside with such good weather in Marbella,
obviously you're going to be doing it a lot.
Bar area here with cool stools, barbecue setup, sink,
ice machine, probably a fridge that you can fit in there.
So you fry your burgers, you pump in some music,
you entertain your guests right there.
And you're kind of enclosed in this tropical Bali style environment. Perfect.
In between the cooking, you can always take a dip. Yes, exactly.
And what you would do is take a dip into the Bali tiled swimming pool,
which adds once again to this entire Bali vibe of the house.
Awesome. Let's continue this way.
We have this entire covered area as well.
Maybe you see the dappled light play here from the tropical garden.
You also get a lot of that inside the house, which is funky and cool.
Two seats to come and chill, right? Another chill. Oh,
you want me to sit in it?
I feel like you're in a cocoon when you sit in one of these.
Like and subscribe. All right.
Another chill out section here behind me is the dining table and of
course the kitchen. So if you're cooking inside the house,
you can always open the glass sliding doors and be
welcomed to serve your guests or yourself something here.
Big thanks to Aaron because he brought us here probably two weeks ago and
said, look, how does this home feel? And I said,
well you know what this feels like mini Bali in Marbella and I loved it.
And it's a solid, really comfortable, well laid out,
maximum spaced out home with a clean,
minimalistic sort of Scandi interior done by Sandin, which is fantastic.
And yeah, generally speaking, this house is super manageable in size,
four bedrooms. What more do you need to be quite frank?
And a nice garden. Perfect. So guys,
that was another Marbellas property tour. I hope you enjoyed it.
Big thanks to my brother for helping me filming and tolerating me today.
Apparently it wasn't easy. And of course to Aaron from VSB
Marbella for allowing us to tour his exclusive listing, by the way,
once more again,
open house for those people who are agents in Marbella is coming in the next two
weeks, I think. So maybe mid May,
stay tuned by subscribing or following Aaron on his Instagram.
We also pitched it in the description box. Last words to you Patrick.
Don't fall in.
Ciao guys. Have a nice one.
