Here's everything I ate at Hong Kong Disneyland.
It seems like we have picked the wrong date to come.
I have never seen Disneyland this busy before.
This is just for the fact check.
We're going to put a timer on to see how long it takes to get through this part.
Put your guesses down in the comments now.
I'm guessing like one hour.
I'm guessing like 20 minutes.
Really?
I'm optimistic.
Okay.
I think it's because they're already on holiday in China.
So that's why everyone is coming here for their holidays.
Which we should have known, we should have known.
But it's okay.
It's gonna be alright.
We just got out and we are officially in Disneyland.
That took 44 minutes.
We just checked the timer.
That's honestly a first for us.
That has never happened before.
But yeah, happy to be here.
This is what Disneyland looks like during Chinese New Year if you're ever curious.
The atmosphere is really nice.
They play Chinese New Year music.
They have Chinese New Year decorations.
They even have the special Year of the Snake parade, which is pretty cool.
Anyways, let's get into what we're here for.
The food.
Let's go.
We will be having our lunch at Explorers Club.
It is a semi-buffet.
And honestly, after all that queuing, I am ready to eat.
Are you ready to eat?
Yeah, gonna pocket a bit for later as well.
No, we're not.
So this is the food hall where you can get as much food as you want.
Let's see what are some of our options.
Here we have like a salad bar situation.
Then we have some cold cuts.
And last but not least, we have the dessert.
And this is the dessert station.
I am so thirsty.
Yeah.
This is my first plate of food.
Of course, I gotta go for the chicken wing.
It has a super strong honey flavor.
Show everyone your finished chicken wing.
Don't put me to shame like that.
This is Elliot's finished wing.
And this is mine.
Someone call the police on him, please.
Since this is a semi-buffet, you are allowed to order mains.
And one of the mains that we got is the Moroccan lamb.
Smells pretty legit.
I'm gonna try the lamb now.
Excuse me.
Got the butter chicken here as well.
Let's taste it.
Honestly, I don't think you expect to eat Indian food, like good Indian food at Disneyland.
But I guess you can find it at Hong Kong Disneyland.
Then I also have this Chinese style cold noodle.
It's peanutty.
Egyptian rice.
Very refreshing.
I also got this little shrimp thing over here.
I think this is like an Indian style shrimp ball.
So it is dessert time.
I'm most excited about the dessert because they actually do like character shades.
And this one is really cool.
It is Chinese New Year.
It's like the lion, the mousi.
I don't know how to say it in English.
But there you go.
I don't even know what it is.
I was like, I'm taking it.
Then we also got this Egyptian looking sphinx.
I don't know what to call it.
It's a pharaoh.
Because we're next to Mystic Manor.
And the ride is with this grandpa over here.
So we have one of this.
And with its little monkey, Albert.
Cheesecake.
How adorable.
This one has no character.
But I just love this dessert.
It's mango sago.
The best.
Okay, I'm gonna dig in.
I'm gonna try the cheesecake.
Wow, it's thick.
I'm gonna try the mousi.
Ah, it feels like a mousse.
Like a jelly mousse.
Raspberry flavoured mousse.
This is the inside.
A bit dry, but chocolate.
It's gonna be good.
Bite his head without the spoon.
Savage.
Not my favourite.
I don't know how to say it in English.
And that's lunch.
I would say it's pretty successful.
After all that food from lunch, it is time for a snack.
I want an egg and water.
Here we have the kai dan zai.
And as you can see, instead of the little round shapes that we usually have,
it's Mickey shaped.
I'm a bit sceptical to be honest.
It doesn't look really fresh.
Looks like it's been sitting out.
Look how crispy it is.
Maybe it tastes better than it looks.
Yep.
Let's see if I can get a little piece of Mickey for you to see.
Pretty good.
It's pretty special too because this is like a Hong Kong snack
that I don't think you can get anywhere in the world.
And this isn't ice cream by the way.
This is kind of like a lemony custard cream.
That goes pretty well.
We are at World of Frozen and of course I had to get myself some Olaf.
Oh no, what dropped?
A flower?
I thought it was Olaf's head.
No.
These are little Olaf donuts.
Let me show you from the back.
Like this.
This might be a little bit weird for some people,
but we love our squid here.
And I've actually just queued up for like 10 minutes to get this grilled squid.
It smells so good.
Elliot here disagrees.
But I love the smell.
I love the smell of grilled squid.
So yeah, I'm gonna get some grilled squid.
And they have of course got the iconic turkey leg.
But unfortunately I am at my limits now
and I don't think I can stomach one.
But look how huge.
Those are some huge legs.
That's all the squid over here.
And they also have these long sausages.
Okay, I have secured the squid.
I can't believe I had to line up for that.
That is crazy.
This is the grilled squid.
I'm gonna do the accordion sound.
Yeah.
It has a nutrition on it.
219 calories per 100 grams.
It's pretty good, right?
38 grams of protein.
It's pretty good.
If you're bulking,
just have this piece of grilled squid and then you're good.
You're good to go.
Honestly, grilled squid is such a good snack.
Elliot is shaking his head.
Here.
Think about all the protein.
I will be ending this video here with a super full tummy.
Don't forget to like and subscribe, guys.
And tell me what you think about the food here at Hong Kong Disneyland.
And that's all for today. Thanks for watching. Bye.
