WHEN IS THIS BABY COMING?! 39 WEEK PREGNANCY UPDATE

monday will be 40 weeks my due date when do you think this baby's gonna show up i wanna know still remember what's up guys i decided to bring the kids down to the river walk in our area there's a river they have like uh you know a paved trail um all around it we've come here before and the kids really enjoy it because there's lots of nature to check out um danielle was arresting we were up late last night with some friends and so i was like you know what let me get these kids out i told them yesterday we'd come um today so i was like i gotta do it even though i'm exhausted let's make it happen okay yeah allen talks to flies i don't talk supplies do they have bar in the river gar oh maybe i don't know any help with these and i think let's see we got beverly joy right here getting some shoes on laney benny ready to go we got mary we got tyler we got everyone we got everyone except mommy yep and addie guys check this out judy lost the tooth yesterday nice me and judy did the door trick yeah tyler you should have videoed that oh whoopsies i tied it to the back door and slammed it nice and then it went like this daddy i'm totally keeping this wrong okay let's go [Music] one goal for today no kids falling in the river tyler's like dad if you fall if a kid falls in the river here's some goggles i'm like no no no no that's a non-negotiable no kids are falling in the river okay so i don't need goggles nothing because it ain't happening y'all excited it's been a little while since we've been here [Music] i'm sure this isn't a boat and not and not a trail well it's like a it's a paved trail [Music] uh we found a caterpillar uh-oh what that's a poisonous caterpillar i've seen it in a boat sick those are hornets i think yeah those are bees doing something to it they're eating it and guys don't go near it that's poisonous i've seen it in a book it's a blue one and it has the same butt and it says it's poisonous and it's very spiky so don't go near it all right don't go near it you heard the lady you heard the nature lady she's watched wild kratts okay she knows what she's talking about that's not from our crops it's a poisonous bug that was in a book of bugs oh looks like we got this path all to ourselves today ladies not too close just come on this way show daddy i'll tell y'all y'all stop where i stop okay what i'm doing you don't want to go in there no yeah i don't think so she doesn't want to go in there people could there be crocodiles in there no probably not oh yes along this car there's all right we're going to take a little break right here everybody sit down i'll get you some pretzels and then we're going to head back how's it going ladies is it hot yeah yeah but we're having fun still yeah look we got snack time we got pretzels we're having some water brought some cups and a big old jug of water and a big old bag of gluten-free pretzels let's go ladies snack time's over heading back to the van oh no another bike this way hey guys stay to the side the bike's coming all right it's time to head home partners gotta wear this hat so people walking by knows who's in charge in this pack right here that'd be me hmm yeah you're scared are you scared all right we made it yeah we made it you can move the sheriff hat now come on what's the box this young living well it's pouring and john went out to he went out to make sure to take off the top of the gazebo so it didn't blow away oh blood i have to get out look at him well he's only a little bit [Laughter] you're a little wet you're look at drenched our tent was about to blow away our new brand new we've been waiting our the whole time we listed it for that yeah that thing ain't going away okay i could have got electrocuted could have gotten picked up by a tornado crushed by hail but eyes aren't protected everly he's okay i literally at one point was just standing there holding it like this i'm like my neighbors must think i'm the biggest idiot hello friends okay i thought i would pop in here and give you guys a super quick update i am still pregnant um 39 weeks and two days to be exact that means like five days left until our due date and john's birthday kind of wild doesn't feel like it still like feel i mean i know i'm pregnant but it just doesn't really feel like real yet which is weird i don't know why we've done this enough times that i think it's because we've done this so differently and i've just had so much going on i haven't had time to like soak it all in we don't know the baby's a boy or girl so that also makes it like you know if you know you can pick out a name and you can like get some clothes and you like kind of prepare because you know at least something about who you're meeting we don't know anything so it just doesn't feel like any day i could go into labor and we could have a baby but that's the reality because i am officially full term um ready waiting we have i guess a little more to like tidy and do and prepare there's a few things that could probably get done uh this last week i've nested a little bit a good amount got some furniture put together got some like things checked off of our punch list cleaned our bathroom so that that space is ready um if you want to labor in there cleaned our bedroom caught up in laundry uh so now i'm just taking it easy this is like crunch time baby could come at any moment i want to be rested and hydrated um emotionally in a good head space labor if you have ever experienced it is no easy thing to go through um it's beautiful and wonderful and like there's nothing quite like it but it definitely takes energy and you know perseverance and a lot it takes big tolls so so i'm just taking it easy that's when i'm like sitting in bed we were up really late last night chatting with some friends and then didn't sleep great the kids of course they woke up early like why is it whenever we're up late they decided to go early i don't know but uh i've just been tired so i'm just hanging out taking it easy and making sure i'm just not overdoing it just in case maybe we'll have a baby tomorrow maybe we'll have a baby next day i'm not really sure but i want to be ready so in these last few days i'm really trying to not put anything extra on my plate and not do too much i still get like little urges of you know like okay clean up we're gonna keep things tidy but i'm not going out of my way to exhaust myself just in case officially full term baby is the size of a mini watermelon typical weight would be like seven and a half pounds right now um who knows who knows everly was like i thought we were having two babies but we're having one and i was like you thought what because that would be why that would be wild i just watched someone's birth video the other day and she didn't know she was having twins and she had twins she thought the placenta was coming it wasn't placenta it was another baby i was like oh oh my that would be alarming i don't even know what i would do to be honest i'm sure we would handle it in stride but i'm good with one uh i think john feels the same way and yeah otherwise i'm feeling okay i have an appointment tomorrow our midwife is coming over to check heartbeat blood pressure all the things just check in and see how i'm doing other than that we're just waiting on this baby so tell me your guess is below boy or girl uh and what day you think monday will be 40 weeks it's my due date when do you think this baby's gonna show up i wanna know anyway keep us in your prayers i just wanted to give you a quick update still very round very uncomfortable but we are in the home stretch now where it could literally just be any day so keep your eyes peeled i'm gonna go lay down rest a little bit more and i will talk to you guys soon hey
