In the new pre-release, Miji explains to Hosu that she has nowhere to go,
which prompts him to offer her a place to stay. She's surprised by the offer, but he calmly
explains that since she can't head back to Dusanri right away, she might as well stay at his place
for the night. Still unsure, Miji hesitantly asks if that's really okay. He responds casually,
why not? He then tells her where she can find all the essentials she might need.
Seeing her reaction, he asks if she's planning to shower, and Miji replies that she will,
since it's important to stay clean. He steps out of the washroom to give her privacy,
and she thanks him. Alone, Miji mutters to herself about how unexpected the situation is,
only to be startled when Hosu calls out, letting her know he's left a change of clothes in front
of the door. She gives him an awkward thanks and jokes that the service here is better than
expected. After shower, Miji walks in and surprises Hosu by asking if he's going somewhere.
Caught off guard, he quickly takes off his cardigan. He then asks if she's finished showering,
and she nods. Miji asks if she can just sleep on the sofa, but Hosu offers her his bed instead.
However, knowing he has a job interview the next day, Miji insists he should sleep comfortably
in the bed. Hosu says they should let whoever gets sleepy first take the bed, and Miji agrees.
Then, Hosu notices her hair isn't completely dry. Miji explains it's because she's wearing hair
extensions, and they need extra conditioner, but she's okay with it. Hosu recalls that her hair
used to be short, and curiously asks if he can see her hair. Miji lets him, feeling slightly awkward
as he inspects it with interest. She tells him that she plans to stop using extensions soon,
and asks if he thinks long hair doesn't suit her, since it's been a while since she had it.
Hosu gently replies that she's pretty no matter what, whether it's her current style,
her old hairstyle, or even with short hair. Stay tuned for the next episode,
where a long-awaited first kiss seems just moments away.
