1 cup of oats.
200 ml milk.
2 eggs.
A pinch of salt.
1 banana.
1 apple.
60 g nuts.
Bake for 40 minutes at 180°C/360°F.

Recipe 2
250 g oats.
100 ml water.
1 tsp salt.
1 teaspoon baking powder.
200 g yogurt.
100 g cheese.
Bake for 35 minutes at 180°C/360°F.

Recipe 3
1 cup of oats.
1/2 tsp baking powder.
1/2 tsp cinnamon.
2 apples.
150 ml water.
1 tablespoon sweetener.
Let sit for 10 minutes.
Avocado oil.

Recipe 4
1 cup of oats.
Oats 1 cup.
Pinch of salt.
1/2 cup of brown sugar.
1 tsp baking powder.
3 tbsp milk.
1 tsp vanilla extract.
90 g butter or coconut oil.
Bake for 20 minutes at 180°C/360°F.
Let cool completely.
