Hi, I'm Brad. I'm John.
It's actually been a very long time since we've done a song from well,
usually known as a bass singer.
It's not Geoff.
Oh, okay.
It's actually a bass singer that Jeff considers to be better than him.
In fact, actually, has, you know, taught Jeff a bunch of tricks.
And it's the bass singer that works for one of the other vocal a cappella groups, namely,
Home Free.
Oh, okay.
Which is awesome, because I almost said Home Fries, which was something totally different.
Yes.
For more on those, you need to go to our food channel.
We don't have a food channel.
We should have a food channel.
Anyway, Tim Faust did a cover of a Glenn Chandler song back from the 1960s.
It's an old sort of duo type song.
Alright.
In the 60s, you'd have some great music.
Yeah.
Alright, so that's what we're doing.
That's what we're doing.
Alright, before we get going, make sure you hit that like and subscribe.
Check out the description down below.
You're going to find all our links, information, and stuff that we have down there.
Okay.
I shall hit play.
Duke, Duke, Duke, Duke of Earl.
Duke, Duke, Duke of Earl.
As I walk through this world, nothing can stop the Duke of Earl.
Duke of Earl.
And you, you are my girl.
Duke of Earl.
Nothing can hurt you.
Oh, no.
Because I, oh, I'm going to love you.
Oh, yeah.
And when I hold you, you'll be my Duchess.
Duke of Earl.
Duchess of Earl.
Of course, for you, G.
Actually, I borrowed Jeff's photocopier.
Yep.
Borrowed the photocopier.
And, well, it's a really good way to get a nice vocal harmony.
Yeah.
Harmonize with yourself.
Mm-hmm.
It didn't say, but this is obviously in a a cappella.
This is obviously in a cappella version.
You didn't say that, though.
And when I hold you, you'll be my Duchess.
Duchess of Earl.
We'll walk through my dukedom.
It's a paradise we will share.
Because I, you know I'm going to love you.
Oh, girl.
Nothing can stop us now.
Because I'm the Duke of Earl.
Mama, mama, mama, mama.
Duke, Duke, Duke of Earl.
Did it?
Mm-hmm.
And that one was quicky.
Yep.
Well, it's, you know, it's another one from the 60s.
So, you know, you're falling back on the, you know, the limitations of the media at the time.
So, kind of like pretty much every single, pretty much every single that was released would have been three minutes or less.
Usually a bit less.
Usually kind of like 2.30 to 2.50-ish.
This is one of the songs that falls into that kind of realm.
Well, that was good.
Mm-hmm.
I gather those are going to be a cappella, just because he's from Humber, right?
Yes.
Well, that doesn't necessarily mean much, because, you know, Jeff's solo stuff usually is not a cappella.
Kind of like, because it's kind of like, like he says, it's like, I'm always doing the a cappella stuff with, you know, in his case, voice play.
So it's kind of like when I'm doing my own stuff, I'm doing something different.
Yeah.
But yes, this was indeed a cappella version.
But that was good.
Mm-hmm.
60s classic.
Yep.
It's another oldie, but a goodie.
Yep.
So we're definitely out to hear him up at Home Free, too.
Yeah, it's been a while since we've done Home Free, and he doesn't often release things.
He actually, he didn't.
Yeah, that's true, because Jeff didn't release anything.
But voice play released two things in a row.
So that might be why Jeff didn't release anything at the same time.
Because, you know, normally voice play releases something and Jeff doesn't.
Yeah, Tim doesn't tend to release much in the way of solo things.
It's normally, he's either doing something with something or someone, or it's, you know, with Home Free.
In fact, the last thing he did was for Mother's Day, which we could have done, except he released it on Mother's Day.
Oh.
And we're usually recording at least a couple days before.
We record a couple days before.
And yeah, he did a really cool thing for Mother's Day, because it was him and his mother.
They were, they recorded a song.
Oh, that was next year.
Oh, that's true.
They recorded a song together, which, because his mother was a professional singer as well.
And they recorded it together when he was like, you know, six years old.
And they had, you know, it started out with a little tape recording from then.
I don't know what they are now.
And then, yeah, they, you know, did it.
Well, that would have been a good one, right?
We could have done it after Mother's Day.
Yeah, we could have.
Well, yeah, but it was, you know, it was a Mother's Day one.
Anyway.
We're obviously going to continue, or, yeah, hit him up some more.
Yes.
As well as Home Freeze, if you haven't seen any of those.
Make sure you hit that like and subscribe.
Please, comment suggestions down below.
Because, as I said, a lot of his stuff, he does duets and stuff with other people, so they don't end up on his channel.
So, you know, I don't tend to spot them, because they're not on his channel.
So if you know of them, tell me them down below, and we'll hit them up.
And if you hit the notification bell, then YouTube will tell you when we do the things that you commented down below.
And until next time, thanks for watching.
