Reality Has No Dimensions
If, ultimately, reality has no dimensions why does it appear to us in four dimensions? A questioner who has noticed a shift in his perception of the world wants to understand more about this experience. How can this change in perception be explained?
Rupert says that reality extends way beyond the limits of each of our finite minds. The only reason it appears to us in four dimensions is because of the limitations of our minds. If our minds were configured differently would see a completely different universe. It's not that there are dimensions out there — it is the configuration of our minds that renders dimensionless consciousness in four dimensions.
And, if your mind changes, your perception of reality will change accordingly. If you have a couple of glasses of wine, your mind is slightly altered so the world you perceive is slightly altered. Reality doesn't change. What you perceive changes.
