RECIPES
Pineapple Curry:
1 can diced pineapple (with juice)
1 can coconut milk
150g curry paste ( I use Patak Mild Curry Past in a jar)
Add to the pan and let it simmer for 15 minutes, then add stir-fried peppers & cooked chicken breast
