How I would describe this chapter in this album for me is, it's almost like a metamorphosis. It's like for me I feel like I'm coming into my own and I've been through stuff and I think that it's been able to test me as a person and I feel like I'm in charge of everything and it makes me feel so confident in the decisions that I'm making because by all means I don't have anything figured out but revival and the idea of revival is figuring out through all the hurdles that life is going to come give you or basically if the world comes at you with its worst you just have to come back at it with your best and I think that's what this album represents. I'm like I was dealt with a lot of this and this is my time to just kind of like stop and say this is my perspective on where I am. My friends hear everything for sure but it's also good for me to have you know like have Taylor listen to my stuff and then I'll have my girlfriends back home and my cousin listen to stuff and that's kind of equally as important to me because I have such respect for people who totally understand it but then I also know that there are things that my cousin's gonna hear that I didn't hear and I like that so I'm for sure that person that runs it by my peeps and see if they like it. The thing that's taken me the longest to learn is that I can't please everybody.
