So, of course, you've done up over the years some huge names What are some of your favorite looks that you've created? I mean, it's it's so hot I've had the most amazing career of the last, you know, 33 years gosh aging myself Yes, I thank God for magic cream But yes, I've there's so many amazing moments I mean, you know, I think you know times like being at Kate Moss's kind of, you know wedding and doing a pillow talk or you know the The same, you know a mark in his wedding day or you know all these amazing moments You get to be with people when Penelope Cruz is winning an Oscar, you know, you're there, you know You know using the kind of Bella Sofia look that I've literally created this look that then people can go and buy and the Penelope Lipstick that then she wears the Oscar. So it is amazing. You mix, you know, amazing Amal She'll use Jennifer Aniston's that's in glow lipstick glowing Jen or you know, amazing Amal It's so anyway, you have these amazing moments with people. It's just it's a very lucky and what what sort of pressure Comes with events like that like getting a mild clinic ready for the wedding Yeah, it's so exciting and so fun to be them and she's you know, such a great friend It is such an honor to be there and I think having that those, you know doing makeup is incredibly an intimate Job and actually just you know when you have such amazing products like myself It's all about empowering why I'm so passionate about my brand and my product says, you know We spend years, you know Sometimes 20 years researching these products and when you're there kind of giving someone the kind of most fabulous glow up on their wedding day Making them look like yeah, you know and making them feel like the most beautiful kind of version themselves walking down They are when you have these incredible products that perform darling. I'm always thinking about the consumer I'm obsessed with the consumer and I think that's why this brand has been such a global success phenomenally Everyone so grateful to my gorgeous Australian people who love it and how does he have a great taste and understand good quality? You know, that's really super important to me. What's the one big question people always ask you about makeup? Is there one thing? I think you know, I mean always most things are like what would suit me? Yeah, and actually that's why I've kind of you know to also develop this, you know easy beauty for you app Which is basically all about I was like, how can I download myself into an algorithm and give my you know? Because I came from a world where I was always in all these VIP kind of clients but I wanted to democratize beauty and I wanted to give it to everyone and empower everyone to feel like most beautiful version of themselves and when you do that makeup really is about confidence and When people so many people would say oh I can never look like a decrease. I can never look like a muscle Yes, you can but the products weren't there which is why I was so passionate about creating this brand and things like Hollywood You know flawless filter because that really but there's no filter like it in the world I mean, you know, I created it when I was itchy on the red carpet So I'm doing sound my I could be like I need something It's like an Instagram filter that makes you look like you come from a juice cleanse a spa In seconds and there's nothing like it and then it literally kind of blows up and goes viral around the world You know, thanks to everyone kind of loving it and it's a huge product here in Australia And now I can look like George Clooney. I was so you can Change though since you started in the beauty the beauty industry is really evolved. I mean, it's a massive industry now What's some of the biggest changes that you've seen with maybe what consumers want and also from the business side? I well, I think you know really I mean, that's why my brands, you know It's only 12 years old my brand but again looking at so many products didn't exist on the market You know people I've got this finely milled powder that you know, doesn't sit in lines or pause Creating I didn't invent powder But I reinvented it and then I invented amazing products like Hollywood flawless filter and beauty like ones that didn't exist in the market Yeah, so amazing technical innovations I've been able to create and really kind of lead the industry, you know In terms of technical innovation and and that's really important to me to disrupt and innovate and I'm obsessed with making people feel The most empowered you possibly can so with that and then also tech when you look at social media and what's happened with social media That has been a huge change in the way that you can, you know Relate and talk to your consumers and show them instant tips and tricks and obviously in you know The makeup space and the skincare space.
