INSIDE the $105 ULTRA-LUXURY Steak & Caviar Brunch Buffet in Miami – Was it Worth it?

Hey guys, it's Mike Chen and today I am in Miami, Florida on another all-you-can-eat Sunday brunch buffet adventure and this buffet I'm going to I've been wanting to come to for a long time now It has been voted as one of the most beautiful Restaurants in the country and the food supposed to be pretty amazing as well. Welcome to Mila Wow, this place is so fancy. It's probably one of the fanciest brunches I've had here in Miami The setting is definitely really unique. It's tropical yet elegant. The music's nice. There's a grill behind me That's cooking up steak and salmon. There's also a charcoal grill set up outside cooking up skewers There's truffle pasta There's caviar and all the drinks are included including alcohol and non-alcoholic drinks I'm getting a bunch of mocktails coming to the table as well. All right, let's eat My first mocktail is here. This is a passion fruit with pineapple and some Japanese lime That's really citrusy Wow with a bit of heat as well This is a green gazpacho, I guess you mix it up Wow This is like a roundhouse in a test tube. Things got a lot of kick to it. It's super refreshing This thing will definitely wake you up drink this in the mornings in a coffee. All right, let's try the lamb kofta This is amazing Absolutely amazing. I absolutely love this so much don't put in my jalapeno sauce a little bit Just in like crisp on the outside tender juicy lamb With just the most vibrant array of herbs mixed in also sweet potato fries All right a little soggy I'm gonna try to get some that's fresh out of the fryer. Look at this steak. This is a Beautifully cooked steak New York strip. Oh, that's so beautiful Perfectly cooked steak. I Think just smoky flavor. It's wonderfully intense The chimichurri is good. Yeah, the steak is absolutely awesome. I Don't know why I grabbed a long, California roll That's a really good California roll. Okay. I'm really excited for this Unlimited caviar on this buffet. So it's their own brand of caviar. It's a white sturgeon caviar. I Just little pop and bubbles of pure flavor are so buttery and creamy Maybe I can ask him to put a little more on there because right now I'm tasting more crepe than caviar Definitely want to taste more than caviar. Let's go for round two This brunch buffet is so cool As soon as you leave they come and fold your napkin and clean up whatever mess you left on the table So round two, I got a roast chicken with romesco sauce a bunch of nigiri There's tuna there salmon tuna hamachi I got a single sweet potato fry because it looked like it just came out of the fryer some rolls here fresh oyster and of Course more caviar. This one has more caviar on the blow pancake and a white fish ceviche So good, oh man, I love ceviche Feel like the best place to have ceviche in the United States It's gonna be Miami. Oh, yeah, so citrusy roast chicken Wow, I did not expect this to be so tender. This is definitely a surprise. This chicken is delicious. It's nice and herby Wonderful flavor is juicy. The sauce is incredible, too It's zesty and brings a ton of heat Okay, do not sleep on the roast chicken And of course that same awesome smoky flavor as the steak So glad this place has mocktail so for people who don't drink alcohol there's an option for you But you're not paying for the drink package. You're getting nothing Octopus ceviche Delicious, I usually don't go for shrimp. But look at this. This is a poached shrimp. It looks beautifully seasoned Check this out Fresh oysters. I was listening to the table next to me saying the oysters are awesome It's so clean and buttery. That's really awesome oysters. A ton of sashimi Nigeri and rolls. Look how big of a piece of fish they put into the rolls Yeah, even the rolls at this place, they just taste better Especially with their wasabi mayo. I gotta do some time management because it's two hours. So I got about an hour left This is the hamachi. Again, ginormous piece of fish. The fish to rice ratio looks pretty darn good That's a really good fish to rice ratio. Tuna? Very very tender tuna. This is my favorite, the salmon The best piece in my opinion. Keep going back to the ceviche That's so good. Cucumber and mango inside. Wow It's gonna make you buckle up right here That's the best bite of caviar, so definitely saved the caviar for last. Amazing. I'm gonna eat like 100 more of those. Round three Okay, this buffet is so cool. There's a whole section I didn't see before. It has Some salads, there's bread, there's Mediterranean food. There's roasted fish, truffle, potatoes Also, there's a hand roll station. So I got myself a snow crab hand roll It's so good. I think the inside tastes good. Seaweed's a little soggy Wow, if that seaweed was crispy, that would be freaking awesome. I always go for a croissant. I love croissants I think this is something you can skip. It's just so good. Got some pita bread with some spicy hummus The hummus is so good. Creamy, spicy Very smoky The bread is a little stale, but that is incredible hummus. This is cool. Watermelon feta Absolutely love it. And this is something else I'm really excited for. Look at this. Truffle potato. Oh, it's like a potato pavé It's great This is so awesome. Some of this. Eggs in a jar. Because why not? This is how fancy places do eggs in Miami. Eggs in a jar. Wow Okay, so like a poached egg inside with some bacon as well. Oh, there's stuff underneath too Some peppers. Oh, these are beautiful looking eggs. And if you're wondering Do eggs taste better in a jar? I think they do This is a really phenomenal dish Loaded with peppers and bacon and some kind of really zesty sauce That's good. Really good. Also, I got some hard cheese to go with honeycomb That's incredible, of course. This is eggplant caviar But that is some really bright flavors. Roasted carrots Amazing. What I really want to try are these roasted fish. So this is the salmon. Look how beautiful this is. Oh, this is so tender Beautifully tender with a sweet glaze on top And then of course this. Miso cod. Wow, look how flaky this fish is. Miso cod. It's one of my favorite dishes in the world Yo Ten out of ten. I've had miso cod at many buffets That's one. I can't believe how good this is. Perfectly cooked, beautifully flaky Slightly sweet, so full of umami The texture is wonderful, but this flavor just gets better and better as you chew. Oh, it's incredible. Careful of the bones. I don't know about other Asians But at least for Chinese people when you grew up, at least when I was growing up, the one lesson I learned very well about eating fish is Never trust the fish. Always assume there's bones in the fish. So whenever I take a bite of fish, like anywhere, even to this day I'm feeling for bones in my mouth. Even when I know there shouldn't be any bones, I'm feeling for bones It's like a second nature fish bone defense mechanism. I'm glad I have it Next round, they have a ginormous bowl of truffle pasta sitting outside. And on the robotic grill, there's roasted corn I got another piece of the miso cod It's awesome. Poppin' sweet corn, a little bit of spices, and Tons of smoke from the grill. Oh, man. I'm so excited for the truffle pasta. Look how creamy this thing is It's so good. I mean, I wish it was a little hotter. It's kind of lukewarm right now, but the pasta texture is awesome And just a truckload of earthy truffle flavor. The next mocktail has arrived. This is called the Longevity This is made with a homemade almond syrup, some lime juice Wow, oh, I like it. It's so fragrant It's so fragrant and nutty. Like the flavor, you can taste the nuts That is great. Fresh piece of miso cod Incredible. This is not the biggest buffet, but wow, there's some ultra quality stuff here Wow, that truffle pasta is so good. Trying to save some room for dessert It's one of those dessert sessions that when you take a look and you mentally know that you want to try one of everything And so I went to the robotic grill again and check this out. They have these beef skewers I squeezed these with the tongue that's over there. Look how tender they are. Oh, man. These are so soft Incredibly, incredibly soft. So I got three of them What? Almost abnormally tender Tastes like little fillets and their tenderness would match anything you would get at a steakhouse It's so tender. Oh, this is insanity. Wow, it's covered in some sauce and some chili Wow, oh this is so crazy. I was only gonna get one, but when I squeezed it, I knew this was gonna be good This is as tender as steak gets. This might be at the limit of steak tenderness right here That was absolutely out of this world. It's so spicy too. I love it. I love this drink. It pretty much cleanses your palate every single time you take a sip Wow, oh that was so good. I think some more caviar More steak, maybe more truffle pasta, and then we'll go for dessert. I got the pasta right when it came out That is so good. And this truffle pasta, it goes so good with my beef skewers I mean the steak behind me was good, but Incredible I think the trick is get a caviar whenever you get up. I think it's dessert time. There's so much there, so much. I didn't expect this. They brought this whole dessert platter. This is not something you would normally get at this buffet I don't think. And this has pretty much everything on the dessert section. There's creme brulee There is like a cheesecake brulee, like a brownie looking thing, but their homemade sorbet Wow, this is so pretty. A sesame cream tart, a chocolate tart, maybe like a fruit tart, and on top your signature Lava cake. This is very overwhelming. Let me try this. This is their sorbet Wow, oh that's really good. This is a coconut sorbet. It's freaking delicious So good, so coconutty. Look at the size of these strawberries too. Wow, that is beautiful This sorbet is so awesome. So this is a little key lime pie It's a tiny little key lime pie. That's awesome. Oh man. Yeah, you can tell this is a fancy key lime pie right here. It's yellow with one bite This thing makes you pucker right up Which means that's real Florida key limes right there Looks like the chocolate tart. Wow Chocolate mousse on top With chocolate ganache on the bottom. I like so so chocolatey. Wow That was extreme chocolate overload right there. That's awesome See what this is. This looks like mango Mango and a marshmallow on top. Some gold leaves too The passion fruit fruit tart. I'm so glad I saved some of space for dessert Wow, got some cappuccino with my dessert This buffet is so awesome The sesame cream tart Legit, it's so good Also, macarons. That's like actually good ones. There's a lot of buffets that have these now, but they're not good That one light as air This is a caramel one right here. Okay, this next one. This is some kind of rhubarb cheesecake Delicious. The desserts are so intricate Such high quality. Oh, that was so good. This looks like a little brownie A little nutty brownie. Of course a classic creme brulee Amazing creme brulee This is so good This is like a la carte quality dishes and all you can eat setting Finally the signature lava cake. Oh, man. This is such a beautiful lava cake Look at this I love Love lava cake and this one is positively scrumptious. You know lava cake is kind of like a Trust issue. It's all calm and collected on the outside But once you poke it a little bit, it just erupts into this gooey molten mess of an edible meltdown That's so good. I wish I saved the sorbet for this though. Lava cake with ice cream That's the dream I've said this before I'll say it again when you think of buffet capital USA, it's Miami. It's not Las Vegas The quality of the buffets the value of the buffets it speaks Vegas hands down and this buffet isn't ginormous by Vegas Every dish is absolutely quality some of the best ones I had today. I have to actually count the bites I didn't like I think that the skewers from the robata grill the beef skewers Oh my gosh, probably the most tender thing to ever eat just on a stick the steaks good Chicken is good. Everything on the grill is good The fish is ridiculous me so fun a piece of me so caught at a restaurant I'm trying to cause you like 40 bucks here Oh, you can eat you get alcohol included if you don't drink alcohol you get mocktail. There's caviar the desserts absolutely ridiculous If people are so nice, it's also such a beautiful restaurant. You can sit inside you can sit outside. It's so beautiful This is one of the last all-you-can-eat brunch buffets. I haven't tried here in Miami I definitely count this as one of the best I'm gonna finish my dessert take a long nap, and I'll see you for dinner a few moments later, okay This is really sad, but I didn't see this until I was walking out They had a whole iberico ham section that I missed but I was able to snag one on my way out. Oh Oh Man, it's so sad to not have eaten like 30 of those. Hmm. That's the real deal right there. Also. I got a miso cookie This is awesome I'm leaving Miami right now, but before I go I've heard so Much good things about this burger place best burger in the world really This is a lot of different burgers. Oh my gosh Okay, first of all there's so many amazing burger and pizza places in Miami like so many I have like 20 places bookmarked, and this is one of the top ones look at this incredible burger Look how beautiful it is first of all this burger place makes their own burger bun and look at how soft this is Beautifully soft sesame bun look at the flowing cheese and mayo Diced shallots. Oh my gosh. This is just beautiful two four ounce Angus beef patties Made with Argentinian beef to me the best beef in the world Then this place supposed to have one of the top five burgers in the world. This is so beautiful. Let's see oh my gosh This is so pretty look at the crust on this burger Get out of town with this burger, this is a shockingly delicious burger The beef patty with a little bit of a crispy crust on the outside Juicy tender such an amazing chew and just the most perfect beefy flavor Argentina has the best beef in the world really does And every bite we've got such a beautiful combination of beefy flavor and chewy texture of the patty It's so gooey with melted American cheese and also Their homemade mayonnaise the bun is incredible. It's toasty buttery incredibly soft This actually really reminds me of the burger I had in Argentina It really does Every time you take a bite The beef just crumbles in your mouth. It breaks apart so easily. You got that really nice crunch from the shallots. It's so gooey and tremendous All sandwiched between melt in your mouth ultra light buttery buns I think this is one of the most unique beef patties I ever had I don't think I've ever had a patty break apart like that before Yeah, this is a tremendous tremendous burger. I'm so glad I was able to grab one before heading out of town Hmm Miami is such a food haven. I really wanted to get a pizza, too. I feel like the pizzas here Can give New York pizza a run for his money, especially that mr. Zero one or mr. Oh one place. Oh, that's One of the best pieces ever had today is such an incredible food day The buffet was amazing one of the best brunch buffets I've had in the world probably the best quality food items I've ever had in an all-you-can-eat buffet with the alcohol package where the alcohol included. I think the full price $105 Which I think is very reasonable again I give the example of Vegas buffets like if you go to Bacchanal with the wind you go for dinners over 90 bucks and it's Not even gonna be half the quality of the buffet. I had today Also, everybody there was so nice and usually you have to have a minimum of two people to eat there today It's kind of walked in and asked if I could just eat there by myself. They had an extra tables They let me do that. I appreciate that very very much. It was just a phenomenal experience in this as well So class finally, it was try this burger place out.
