The first lesson is breaststroke – one of the most common and easiest swimming styles to learn, perfect for beginners. Breaststroke works many muscle groups: chest, back, core, arms, and legs. In particular, the kicking and arm-pulling motions help tone your thighs, arms, and abdominal muscles.

During break time, make the most of it and have even more fun in the water!
Not only that, but breaststroke is also a great workout for your heart and lungs, helping improve blood circulation and breathing. The stretching movements of the arms and legs also help increase joint flexibility and improve body posture.

Once you're comfortable, you'll move on to freestyle – also known as front crawl. This is the fastest stroke, commonly seen in competitions, and excellent for building strength. Freestyle strengthens your whole body, helping you stay healthy and toned.

Freestyle also requires steady, deep breathing, which helps increase lung capacity and improve respiration. Especially for children and teens, regular practice of freestyle can even support height growth.
