So Geologie launched their Clear System and in this video I want to unbox it and give you my honest thoughts and feedback. Because when it comes to the Clear System, this is a revolutionary Geologie product that really is taking the world of skincare to the next level. And with that said, let's get started. So on their website it says, a better way to clear skin. Clears skin fast, plus prevents new breakouts. Controls oily skin, plus exfoliates pores. It's gentle plus effective, no benzoyl peroxide. And the reason that this skincare system is so revolutionary, because according to a clinical study results, it beats acne better without benzoyl peroxide. And tolerability. It helped acne clear up faster, the skin felt softer, smoother and more hydrated. And it provided less dry skin, redness, itching and burning. And that's why I'm super excited to show you the Geologie Clear System. So inside of the package you receive these four leaflets. And on the first leaflet it says, meet your new Clear System. Effective, gentle, fast and fun. And at the back of it, it says how it works. Level up. Clear System delivers stronger ingredients at each level for clearer skin without the harsh side effects of benzoyl peroxide. Start at level 1. For best results, use the level 1 night cream first before graduating to level 2. Don't skip ahead. And here are some Clear System pro tips. Start slow. Use the repairing night cream level 1 every second or third night for the first week to help your skin adjust gradually to your routine. Increase frequency as tolerated. When finished, use level 2. Let time and ingredients do the work. Acne that appears today started forming weeks ago. It takes time to strengthen your skin and beat it. And then you follow up to step 2 and that's brightening day cream. Squeeze a small circle of day cream onto your hand and then use the other hand to dab it equally around your face. Massage in with your fingertips using circular motions to blend into the skin. And in terms of night routine, you also use the clarifying gel cleanser. Same as the morning, we deliver 2 bottles of cleanser. One for the shower and one for the sink. So you don't have to reach back and forth. It's the little things in life you know. And then you follow up with the repairing night cream. Squeeze a small circle of night cream onto your hand and then use the other hand to dab it equally around your face. Massage in with your fingertips using circular motions to blend into the skin. A little goes a long way. Good night. And in terms of the ingredients, it says clear system level 1 plus 2. Powerful acne treatment meets healthy skin care. So level 1 has a retinol of 0.1% in it and level 2 has a retinol of 0.2% in it. And when it comes to retinol, it encourages deep cell turnover and promotes the emergence of new clear blemish-free skin. The 5% acylic acid battles blemishes by reducing inflammation, unclogging pores and exhibiting bacteria growth for clearer skin. The 2% hyaluronic acid helps maintain skin moisturized, contributing to a natural, clearer and healthier complexion. And when it comes to the 2% salicylic acid, it unclogs pores, clears and calms active breakouts and helps prevent acne from forming in the future. And that's not even everything because it also has niacinamide 3% which helps in preventing excessive sebum production, minimizing the development of blemishes and in the brightening day cream they also have a SPF of 15. It's a lightweight and non comedogenic sun protection for acne prone skin. And that's the thing that I absolutely love about Geologie because all of their ingredients are scientifically proven and every single ingredient has purpose to help you get better skin. So overall when it comes to the clear system by Geologie, a brand that I've been using for more than 2 years, when it comes to their clear system, it is scientifically proven and it's the best system to get clearer skin and fight acne at the same time. Because a lot of individuals nowadays use benzoyl peroxide but it has so many negative side effects, it makes your skin way worse before it even gets better and that's a huge effect on your confidence but it doesn't really have to be that way. So I received 2 clarifying gel cleansers with salicylic acid of 2% in it and this is an acne treatment. So it doesn't matter whether it's in the morning or at night time, you always use this cleanser. The second product I'd like to have a look at is the brightening day cream and this has an SPF of 15 in it. It has 5% acylic acid, 2% hyaluronic acid and 1% niacinamide. And it's made for acne prone skin. So this is the brightening day cream that you'll use every single day in the morning after you use the cleanser. Because you're going to use this day cream with an SPF of 15 in it and this will allow you to protect your skin from the sun and at the same time with all of the other amazing ingredients it will make sure that your acne prone skin will stay healthy. And the last products I'd like to have a look at are the repairing night cream. So I've got level 1 here, level 2 and level 3. And when it comes to all of these products, the only difference is the retinol. So when it comes to every single one of these night creams, it has 3% niacinamide in it and 2% hyaluronic acid. But level 1 has 0.1% retinol, level 2 has 0.2% retinol and level 3 has 0.3% retinol. And when it comes to retinol, it's such a potent active ingredient. The first time I got introduced to retinol was 2 years ago when I started to use the geology products and ever since then, every single product that has retinol in it with the right amount can do wonders for your skin. And that's why you start with level 1, you only want to start with 0.1% because for most individuals this will already be too much for your skin and that's why you only use it here and there and as you progress and your skin gets adjusted to it, then you move on to level 2. And once your skin gets adjusted to level 2, then you move on to level 3. And this really gives your skin the opportunity to repair itself because when it comes to retinol, it encourages deep cell turnover and it promotes emergence of new blemish-free skin, something that all of us want.
