Mystical means inspiring a sense of spiritual mystery, awe, and fascination. And it can
increase your sense of purpose, connection with yourself, other selves, and the creator
and the creation, unconditional love, better mental health, and then the mystical tools for
growth. And they all synergize very well. Meditation involves clearing the mind,
achieving inner silence, and listening to the creator. It also helps, as does visualization,
which we're going to talk about a bunch tonight, helps to transfer data from your subconscious
mind to your conscious mind. So does working with dreams. A lot of the things you're going to
notice, you'll see these recurring themes where you're working to do a few things. Number one,
like we talked about before, unblock the lower energy centers, the lower consciousness circuits,
the lower rays, the lower chakras, whatever you want to call them. The little spherical
energy frequency consciousness centers. If you imagine a pack of lifesavers that goes over your
spine, and then it's ROYGBIV, the colors red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet.
And so a lot of the recurring themes are, number one, clearing the lower energy centers
so you can get ample consciousness, love, light, infinite energy, feeding your energy pipeline
for the main reason of getting it into your fourth circuit or the green ray or the heart chakra.
That's where your spirit or your eternal soul resides. That's its home. If you've ever had
really deep feelings of connection in your heart, if you were ever in a state of total unconditional
love and your heart was wide open, that was your soul just like boom. And then if you've ever had
a broken heart, to the degree that your heart was open when the trauma or the breakup or the tragic
loss of a loved one, et cetera, happened, to the extent that your heart, you had consciousness up
there and have that chakra activated, it's way better to live with your heart open.
But one of the negative consequences of that, which is one of the reasons we're here,
our main reasons, but one of the consequences is it hurts. Oh, it hurts so bad. Just a recent
example. My daughter goes over to her grandparents' house once every week or maybe two weeks,
sometimes every three weeks. The last time she was over there, she was there for a week.
And I got a call that the cat was missing and he had outgrown his collar and we don't have a GPS
microchip in him. And so he didn't have the collar on. He's not an outdoor cat either. He's
an indoor cat. And he had been out, my dad said, since when he opened the door in the morning to
go out, it was 6 a.m. And so they realized they hadn't seen the cat in like eight hours or
something. So when they called me and said they looked everywhere for him not to be found, I was
bawling, crying for like 45 minutes because my heart was so open. And that was like losing a
child. Not as bad, obviously, as losing a human child, but that really hurt. Luckily, thank
goodness they found him. They found him not long after that. But when I got my heart really broken
in a relationship where I got cheated on and it was a threesome too, that made me close my heart.
After that, because my heart was pretty open before that, not a lot, but it was pretty open.
After that, it was total wall over it for years and years and years. The good news was it was
almost impossible for me to get hurt. But the bad news was it was almost impossible for me to feel
any sort of pleasure or love or gratitude or joy. I was miserable. So it's a crappy way to live. Much
better to open the heart. And that brings me back to the recurring themes are going to be unblocking
lower energy centers, and then also working with the subconscious mind to get more data that is
veiled from our conscious mind. The subconscious mind, the mind complex as a whole, if you imagine
a tree, you can imagine a giant tree as your mind complex. Well, the branches and the leaves,
that's the conscious mind. The actual tree, not the roots, that's your intuition. And that's a
shuttle. The better your intuition is, the more your subconscious can shuttle up to your conscious
mind, the branches and leaves. Well, then as you get under the soil from the top of your roots,
that's underneath the veil, that's veiled. There's a thick, actually a very thick veil,
making hidden your unconscious, which stores your personal unconscious, has all your memories of
past lives, of your life between lives as soul. The reason you see the world so messed up right
now, there's basically one underlying reason. And that is, a lot of people think that they're just
their body, their brain, and their personality. And that they're separate from everyone and
everything. Because that's what it looks like. This is a very solid looking, realistic illusion
to the untrained mind-body-spirit complex or person, individual. This is a very effective
illusion. And so people can treat each other like crap. Just this morning on YouTube scrolling,
some Los Angeles actor got shot when someone was trying to steal not his car, but a part from his
car. And the guy, the owner came up on him and he just killed him for a car part. In the higher
density illusions or simulations, the positive ones at least, that kind of stuff doesn't happen.
Everything's very harmonious. All right. Contemplation is the process of working with
the emotions in a meditative state, contemplating all sorts of things about life, any topic,
focusing the will and the attention over an extended period of time on a particular topic.
When I go on night walks, those are my contemplation. The last night on my walk,
it was 9 p.m. to 9 40 p.m. And I walked up to the hill. So there's this badass view of SeaWorld
up on this other hill that's higher. And then across this vast drop where there's the nature
preserve and there was mood lights everywhere, literally two blocks up the hill, that whole
neighborhood, all those blocks. It just seems like a lot of people over there love their outdoor
nighttime mood lights. So as I was walking, I was just being mindful as I was on a mystical
moonlight, mood light walk. It was a mystical mindfulness, mood light, moonlight walk.
And I was just ecstatic and total bliss and contemplating how beautiful and how did I not
notice those mood lights before? Very mystical. Devotion is loyalty and love or care for someone
or something. Typically, when you think of devotion, it's devoting yourself to your creator,
devoting your life as a living prayer in dedication to the creator or God or the universe or your
higher power or whatever concept you have of it, nature, prayers and active communication
with the sacred or holy God, the gods, the transcendent realm or supernatural power.
All sorts of types of prayers that we covered last week. And some of the best prayers are not
petitioning. Oh, God, can you please help me pay my rent? Oh, God, if you get me out of this jam,
I swear I'll lead a good life and I'll never do this again. No, God, please. And that can work.
But a better prayer is a daily throughout the day of large and small and medium things in your life.
Praise, thanksgiving and gratitude for those. If you do that all day, every day throughout the day,
it rewires your brain and you're just a different person forever after that.
It's much easier said than done. It took me a long ass time. Remember, I had that heart wall
up for many years after that. Betrayal trauma of the physical material flesh,
intimate relationship type. And, you know, that was just one too many betrayal traumas in my heart.
No girl or no man or no anyone, friend or stranger, lover or enemy ever going to mess with
me again. I'm not going to lie. There was a lot of benefits to it. I think I might have even needed
that. I think I needed that wall over my heart, at least as a temporary manifestation to be able
to survive in life because the pain was so brutal. Otherwise, it was like a survival mechanism.
All right, moving along. Hoʻoponopono, translated from Hawaiian, literally means
to make right. Process of bringing harmony to yourself, to other selves, and to the whole
situation. And then the prayer is the original order is, I'm sorry, please forgive me. Thank you.
I love you. Sometimes I start with, I love you. I'm sorry, please forgive me. Thank you. It
activates the love light energy into, not just into the heart center, but, and I'll feel it come
all the way up my pipeline. The hardcore times I have to pause because I can't think straight
and I need to feel it and let the stuff come out. I can't be sitting there and
concentrating on something during it. But sometimes when I'm just noticing a synchronicity,
it'll happen too. Speaking of synchronicity, it's the simultaneous events that appear
related, but have no discernible causal connection. Tuning is an extension of prayer
into everyday living. Some of the ways that I tune is gratitude for meals and snacks,
four different prayers as part of my morning routine, my contemplation walk. And I tune a
lot throughout the day just by being really present with the animals. And today I was so present and
in tune and empathetic with the kitten Juniper, as I was petting him, that normally I can only
pet him for seconds to maybe a minute. I was petting him for at least five minutes straight
and he wasn't stopping me. So that was a way of tuning too. I was tuning him, myself, and even
papaya. The true definition of mental illness is when the majority of your time is spent in the
past or future, but rarely living in the realism of the now. That's a quote by Shannon L. Alder.
I remember when I was trying to learn how to be in the present moment, struggling with it. I was 25,
I think. And I'm not sure if it was brand new or relatively new, but I got a hold of Eckhart Tolle's
the abridged version of his book, The Power of Now. And I would practice that present moment
awareness and I would always continue, habitually, obsessively, addictively, fall back into thinking
about the future, worrying about it, planning for it, obsessing about it, trying to predict,
imagining myself and other people and everything, all these things going my way, but then visualizing
what if they don't go my way, and then focusing on that way more, and then it causing generalized
anxiety, or focusing on the past, I wish I looked like that again, or I wish I could, maybe my wrist
was messed up at the time, I wish I could go back to surfing and playing guitar, or I wish I was
still in this relationship, or I wish I still lived in this place, or always reminiscing and romancing
the past like it was way better than it actually was, looking at the past like it was much rosier,
looking at the past, not through realistic lenses, not through truth lenses, but through
delusional lenses. Deepak Chopra says synchronicity is God sending us messages anonymously, Amit Ray
says life is a dance, mindfulness is witnessing that dance, and synchronicities fall under the
magic heading for me. Tonight we're going to cover the applied spiritual sciences of faith,
several different types of visualization, which have helped me so much in life, from
either winning surfing contests, or getting really good at hacky sack, or literally winning the grand
prize to a Tony Robbins contest, where I won a trip to his advanced six-day seminar date with
destiny, there's many other things that I achieved through visualization, the power of visualization.
Nowadays it's a lot harder for most of us, certainly myself, due to all the distractions
and the lower attention spans from our devices, so I'm on a mission lately where I have been
intentionally doing things to greatly extend my focus and attention, and since I had so much in
the past, I'm finding that like muscle memory, now that I'm back in the gym, strength and muscle and
tone is coming back much faster, since I'm not building it for the first time. I'm noticing the
same thing with visualization, focus, will, and attention. Really cool. Working with dreams,
journaling, networking, using the arts and spiritual practice, which I do a lot,
you're networking tonight, there's journaling exercises built into this program, and you're
going to love when we cover faith, especially what Gary Bean and Carla Rucker say about faith.
Then seeing all we meet as teachers, that's a very advanced practice. That's lighthouse level
consciousness right there. But if you can get to the point, and maybe you already do,
but seeing literally every single person, and even animal, and even plant, even aspect of nature,
every one and everything as teachers, that's advanced right there, and very fruitful practice
as well. And finally, something I cannot recommend enough, reading as a spiritual practice. Some of
the spiritual texts that are available for free, you can find so much stuff for free online even,
or maybe it's $10 to $20, or even more, but still such a great investment, the time and money
investment to be able to get such knowledge and wisdom from reading as a spiritual practice.
It doesn't even have to be a spiritual book. You could make reading the newspaper
a spiritual practice, and I've done that. Let's do an extended review. I think this is going to
help a lot. You're an eternal soul experiencing an infinitesimally brief, so short, so brief
physical incarnation on earth to do one thing, to make the choice. Either choose service to all,
or service to yourself only. Either love, acceptance, forgiveness, or fear, domination,
and control. This is such a small part of the series of higher and higher density incarnations,
and by higher density I mean they're more dense with light. They're higher packed with light.
Photonic, vibrational, sound, energy, light, intelligent energy. So right now earth is a
third density planet, illusion, simulation, experience, density, dimension, level of
reincarnation, whatever you want to call it. It's so short because it sucks so bad, and you only
have to make the choice. Are you going to serve yourself, or are you going to serve the all?
Because after that, all the longer ones, you know, this is just so small, but then on the
super long timeline, imagine this is like a sliver of time, all the other ones, the polarization
form of working with energy and amassing spiritual gravity. By choosing positive polarity,
you then focus on your primary mission, which is the service of being. You don't have to do anything,
what you do for a living, or whether or not you even help another person out doing something,
is really totally irrelevant. Your main mission is to live an authentic life,
preferably with your heart open as much as possible. It's about your vibration.
Your human self is a mind-body-spirit complex, with an intellectual mind, which is of the body,
the physical senses, and consciousness, which is the mind of the heart, the consciousness of spirit.
The creator's infinite love-light energy travels from the creator to the sun, which is our sub-logos,
then the earth's core, and then into our first energy circuit, which is the red ray. And then
if we remain unblocked, it can literally go all through all seven of them, and then out number
seven, and you get that cool feeling, and you get that rush, like I was saying. It's a total natural
high. Afterwards, I feel much higher dopamine, and oxytocin, and probably endorphins. It's a
neurotransmission rush, for sure. But a lot of the times, there's those lower chakra blockages, and
in a few slides coming up, we're going to cover a review on what those areas are, and the easiest
way to keep them unblocked. For spiritual ascension, the pipeline needs to stay clear, up to at least
number four. Who cares if you even get it up higher? As long as you get it up into the number four,
you're good to go. The creation is unitary, and its nature is unconditional love. We and everything
is created by love, and live in an illusion made of light and energy, or vibration. And we're players
in a game of life. Our earth world's game board is an illusion that works by polarity. Polarity's
opposites, we have complete free will. The three primary distortions from that intelligent infinity,
or that total unity. Within that unity, is there's intelligent infinity, which is the potential
intelligent energies, the kinetic. The creator became aware of itself, that developed awareness
of itself, realized it was infinite. Infinite intelligence, infinite power, infinite wisdom,
infinite love, all this is totally infinite. And then it discerned the concept of affinity,
then it used free will to tap the potential with the kinetic, to create the creation.
The two poles are service to all, or others, and service to self. We become players by making the
choice to polarize. The first time you make a choice to be of service to others, is your beginning
as a positive player. Every succeeding choice you make after that initial decision, or choice,
increases your polarity. And so the more you polarize, the more powerful you become. It's crazy,
the more you make these decisions, even just through your beingness, the more these energy
centers get unblocked, and get balanced, and get vibrant, and eventually start crystallizing,
and becoming really brilliant, their rotation, and the speed, and everything. Using a physical
analogy, we need to polarize sufficiently to achieve a sufficient escape velocity,
to get off of the third density, and go to a fourth density illusion, e.g. heaven, where
everyone's telepathic, there's differences between people, but everything's automatically harmonized.
I've heard it before that a fourth density illusion is at least 100 times easier, more pleasurable,
more comfortable, more joyous, etc. than third density. We have minds that belong to our physical
bodies and consciousness, the environment of our spiritual selves, and our energy bodies.
We need both of those to be players in the game board. As players, we primarily work with our
energy bodies. Our goal is to keep the first three centers unblocked. You can keep your first
circuit unblocked by feeling safe and secure in your body, in your home, in your community,
and on earth, and with your sexuality. So if you can feel acceptance, you don't have to love it,
even. You don't even have to... maybe you don't even have to like it, but if you have an equanimity
type of acceptance, and willingness, embracing of being in your body, in your home, in your
community, and on earth, then your first circuit is going to be fine. Second circuit. If you're
in a relationship with your own self, if you're very accepting of yourself, and you have self-love
and self-confidence, and you're accepting of others, you don't have any issues with a singular
other self, like one-on-one relationships. You're not resentful at this person, or you're not pissed
off at that person, or you're not afraid of your boss, because all those things block the energy
from going to your heart. So they block consciousness from being accessible, and that
makes life suck more. The less consciousness, the more life sucks. That's what I've realized,
and every person that I've ever talked to about this has agreed.
And that brings us to the third chakra. So if you want to just take the most simplistic
new habit or new skill from this whole program, if all you literally learned was how to keep one,
two, and three cleared on a daily basis, or a regular basis, then the return on investment,
it would compound over time, and your whole life would get better and better and better and better
with all that consciousness consistently. So number three deals with issues with formal
relationships. Boyfriend, girlfriend, husband, wife, PTA group, city council, your baseball,
softball team, boss at work, all those types of things. This was a really difficult one for me.
Actually, all three of these, when I was learning about this stuff, I had a really hard time with
all these things when I started to learn about this stuff, and especially the formal relationships.
I had developed a lot of ease eventually with one and two, you know, survival, sexuality,
relationship with self, and relationship with other selves. But the formal relationships one
was really difficult because, you know, exes, ex-girlfriends, or ex-guy friends, where sometimes
---- would hit the fan, but a lot of times I chose friends due to my addiction and my impulsivity,
low self-esteem, being kind of naive, and a bunch of contributing factors. I put myself in such
dumb situations. Easy for me to see now, natural, the law of cause and effect, if you put yourself
in situations like that, it's just a matter of not if, but when you're going to get backstabbed.
You're going to get betrayed. I had betrayal trauma, not from one loved one, but so many that
I lost count. So many betrayal traumas from being a trusting, wanting to see the best in people empath,
and I got taken advantage of. So hardcore. You can learn to see life as sacred and your actions as
potentially mystical or magical, like my mystical, magical, mindfulness, moonlight,
mood light walk last night. That was a mouthful. Here's the spiritual sciences of application.
My favorite one is faith. That's why it's first. Faith is complete trust or confidence in someone
or something. It's a strong belief in God or the doctrines of religion based on spiritual
apprehension rather than proof. It's a faculty energy or perspective of your sixth circuit,
also known as the third eye. This is the green ray or the fourth circuit, heart chakra.
This is unconditional love, throat area blue, fifth circuit is wisdom, and then indigo up here,
sixth circuit, that's unity, unity, oneness, non-duality. Faith is the bridge to infinity.
It can be consciously developed and strengthened. I had so little faith the vast majority of my life.
I'm a late bloomer, very late bloomer when it comes to faith. Matter of fact, I laughed at
people that talked about chakras and energy centers, and I also laughed at people that
talked about faith and love. That was when my heart was walled off, walled off, and I was a
human robot. Emotionless. Really awesome, by the way, for getting ---- done. I was a machine at
productivity when I was a human robot with a wall over my heart. Faith is an infinite energy,
literally infinite in possibilities. The counterpart to faith is will. It's a double-sided
coin, faith and will. Each strengthens and energizes each other as you apply them to your
life. Faith aligns you with your highest and truest orientation. Gary Bean says,
calling on faith enlarges the perspective, revealing to the seeker that all things
experienced are a manifestation of the one creator. When analysis suggests that things
are terrible, or you are diminished, or the cross of sacrifice cannot be carried,
you can leap into midair without outer sign of support and trust that you will be caught.
Without seeming ground beneath you, you can walk in the faith and the trust that all is well.
Even when the real world threatens what you hold most dear, even when the pain is quite real,
with faith you know that you are in an illusion, a simulation, and that there is nothing which
ultimately threatens the real you. It only offers catalysts for discovery of the real, unlimited
you. If your life seems to be a maze of confusion without exit or solution, if you feel trapped
between boulders of impossible circumstance, or if you despair over the inability to answer the
question, why, faith is the clarity, the opening, and the bridge to the eternal present moment.
It's a recalibration to pre-incarnational programming and the desired path of evolution.
Or, more poetically, faith allows the sails to catch the winds of destiny to blow ever
within reach of the self. Consider what effect this profundity of trust can have on your
perspective, your energy, and your nervous system. Worry, doubt, fear, paranoia, anxiety,
all the neuroses of uncertainty and insecurity either dissipate or are channeled constructively
in the clarified energy field of simplicity and trust which sees that all is one and all is well.
Faith opens the knotted circular patterns of thought to allow in the light, thus giving
meaning and purpose to our suffering, and plugging us in to the infinite resource of hope.
It uplifts and restores the system to its highest destiny and maximum function.
Next is visualization, which is the formation of a mental image of something in the mind,
mental imagery. It's one way to work with the mind and the will. Visualizing works particularly
well if what you're imagining in your mental movie theater is electrifying. Not just exciting,
but exciting and electrifying. Even for people not naturally gifted in it, you can get a lot
better at it through practice, especially if you do specific exercises, and that's why I have
some of my favorite ones in this section. I find that the more instructions a person has,
the easier it is to visualize. Sometimes people need a guided one. It's not enough
to just read what to do. Some people prefer the guided meditations. I used to do those a bunch.
Those were my training wheels for so many years, and they were great training wheels,
and I still do them sometimes. Visualization has a belief in magic of thought,
faith, and will at its heart. It's practiced using two things, silence and singleness of thought,
and that's hard. Nowadays, singleness of thought for most of us is harder than ever before,
but in my opinion, that's not a reason to not do it. That's more reason to do it.
Done in a meditative state of mind, silence focus, unconditional love based. Magical visualization.
This is visualizing a shape and a color without any context or content at all. It's used as a
trainer, and it attempts to teach focus to the mind, and it disciplines the will.
Religious visualization. This could be like the cross or a rose. There's so many different things
depending on the religion, depending on the person. Carla Rucker would often meditate on
and visualize nature, whether in the forest or the ocean, walking through creeks and fields
or riding the clouds. She said the mental imagery evoked deep rivers of purified emotion
built up over years and years of sitting with those images. The divine love meditation,
that was a guided energy center or chakra visualization, so you could do that with
guided one, or you could just do it all by yourself without training wheels by imagining
the red, orange, yellow, green, blue, indigo, and violet energy circuits of consciousness from the
base of your spine to the top of your head. You can imagine them first activating and then
rotating and then increasing in brilliance one by one, starting with red and then going up orange
and then continuing seriatim. Finally, visualize a stream of light coming from your red ray
and one coming from your violet ray, so one in seven, and mix the colors in your mind to become
a pool of red violet. Then ask helpers like guides or angels to hold you by the silver cork and dip
you into the pool until every cell of your body inside and out is drenched in it. And then to
really amplify it, visualize a pool of limitless white light and ask the helpers to hold you by
silver cork and dip you into that pool too, until you're also saturated in that
white infinite light. And then imagine that all is the protection from the creator.
And then finally, the forgiveness visualization. I had a massive spiritual experience once.
It was a forgiveness visualization. It was part of a 300 person nine breath circle. Nine breath
method breathing is a really advanced breathing exercise that involves something called a tummo
exhale, and it hyper or super or quantum oxygenates your body and elevates your chi,
so much so that after you do a couple repetitions of this nine breath method, it almost feels like
a psychotropic experience. It almost feels kind of like the drug MDMA, but a micro dose of it.
Then imagine 300 people. So then that's 300 different energy fields all close by in the
San Diego Convention Center. And we're all sitting in chairs holding hands, 300 people
being guided by Jeff Primack, my Qigong and food healing and nine breath method teacher.
And then part of that, I think we did 18 sets. And for each set, he had us visualize something
different on the tummo exhale. So after the ninth dragon breath, nine, then you do the sink
lock tummo exhale real slow. And it lasts like a minute exhale, 300 people doing it.
When he had us do a forgiveness visualization, I visualized my baby's mama, who I had a lot
of animosity against and a lot of victim energy and stuff. And I saw her, I was closing my eyes,
but she was like right there. And she had wings like an angel, and she looked beautiful and
healed from heroin addiction. It was crazy powerful. But this regular forgiveness visualization
is bringing up each relationship that needs healing into the center of your mental movie
theater of your mind, and then getting to a place where each relationship is adequately forgiven.
All right, working with dreams. This also is working with the unconscious mind, meditation,
working with dreams, journaling, visualization. So much of this stuff is helping you get more of the
really good information that helps us from the unconscious mind through the shuttle of the
intuition into our conscious mind through these various different mystical tools and applied
spiritual sciences. All right, working with dreams, your body and conscious mind rest during sleep,
consciousness doesn't sleep. Dreams can provide insight into your lower energy center blockages.
Working with dreams, and you could either buy a dream book, or you could go on a search engine
for free online. I do this all the time. I have a certain dream, and then type in a phrase describing
the main gist of the dream, and then meaning, and then I'll read an article or two on it.
But oftentimes I'll just use my own intuition and those contemplation walks I mentioned earlier
for those perceptions to reach my conscious mind. Gives the waking mind clues as the nature of your
blockages, and hints as to ways you could change your perception, which can lead to you unblocking.
For example, becoming totally non-judgmental. In all cases, it's useful to ponder the content
and emotive resonance of dreams. I find that working with dreams combines especially well
with meditation and contemplation. And here's what Carla Ruckert says about dreams.
Our conscious desires to learn from our dreams and our affirmation to ourselves before sleeping
that we wish to remember and write down our dreams, focus desire to accomplish a task.
This task is interpreted by the deep mind or higher self, and it responds to our desire
by expressing dreams to us. We then further cooperate with this process by keeping a dream
notebook and consciously playing with the interpretation of this dream material. What
we all tend to find is that we dream in cyclic patterns. Some material is patently transient,
mere repetition of something that we did recently. Other material is evocative, provocative,
filled with emotional atmosphere and aura, and textured with rich imagery. It is then our part
to sift through this melange, extracting these clues and masks with which we wish to work,
whose implications we wish to ponder. Journaling. Journaling is writing down
your thoughts in a notebook or journal. It's often done to process emotions, stay organized,
help with your mental health, and way more. I've actually journaled consistently for the past 13
years myself. I really can't imagine life without it. I rely on it, and I simply cannot recommend
it enough. It increases your mindfulness, memory, and your communication skills big time. It can
also lead to higher IQ, better sleep, giving you a more robust immune system, and more self-confidence
too. Journaling helps with labeling emotions and acknowledging traumatic events. I view journaling
kind of like free therapy, and often even better therapy than people can get from a therapist.
If you've never journaled before, I highly recommend it as a sacred practice for awakening
and ascension. Especially gratitude journaling, writing about your intentions, writing about your
magic moments, writing about your fears, lessons you've learned, and channeling a stream of
consciousness type of journaling. Networking, meeting like-minded people for mutually beneficial
relationships. The power of your human being connections can truly help you transcend.
Using the arts and spiritual practice. I know we have a lot of creative people. Well, you can
use the arts, the creative arts, as a spiritual practice. I've been doing a bunch of zen guitar
lately. When I say zen guitar, I mean instead of playing in a normal way, I'm extremely focused on
each individual note and being as absolutely present and mindful as I can. So it's a totally
different way using a spiritual practice approach to the creative arts. Seeing all we meet as
teachers is self-explanatory. When we look for differences in others, we're going to find a bunch
of differences and those can be easy to judge. But we have way more similarities than differences.
We're all not separate and we're all one anyways. So by judging others or by harming others by what
we say or what we do, we're just harming ourselves. A better version is to see every person as a divine
soul that is of equal worth to us. Not better, not worse. Totally equal and see them as a teacher.
Even if it's a homeless person begging for money on the street. And then finally, last but not least,
reading is a spiritual practice. If you want any recommendations, let me know. There's so many
good spiritual books out there and you can spiritualize, like I said, the newspaper. Reading
as a spiritual practice is truly one of my favorite applied spiritual sciences for life. This is a very
sacred practice. I owe a lot of my spiritual awakening and ascension to reading as a spiritual
practice. I've either read or listened to more than 50 books on topics like spirituality, religion,
and metaphysics. However, fiction books can also be a spiritual reading practice. You can
spiritualize basically anything you do because our nature is spiritual and the creation's nature
is spiritual. Thank you so much for watching, my friend. Subscribe if you're new here because
you're not going to find another YouTube channel quite like this one and post a comment below
on what your favorite practice is or which one you're excited to try. Take good care of yourself
and I'll see you next time.
