Level 1 Teacher Training Seminar at the Bolshoi Academy Sneak Peek

This is our toddler-style ballet dance class. This class can be for ages 2-3-year-olds, where we have a mom or dad dancing alongside them the whole time and helping them participate. We also do this for ages 3-4 completely independent, sometimes with parents in the lobby to be close by.

In this lesson we did all of our fun Christmas dance classes and Christmas dance ideas, the girls also got to wear Christmas hats for extra fun!

Obviously, with the 3-4-year-olds you can dive in a little deeper with technique, with the younger ones you really just want to keep them moving and engaged. We do follow the leader, coordination across the floor, and plies and tendus in this lesson.

The goal with these classes is to get them to fall in love with dance!! From there as they get older, the skill and technique will follow.

We have TONS of other activities within the class which were not filmed, to make every week slightly different as the teacher, but still the same lesson plan for the whole month.
