Epic Waterfalls from Isle of Skye - Scotland

In this drone video, I captured four breathtaking waterfalls on the Isle of Skye: Sligachan Waterfalls, Bride’s Veil Falls, Lealt Falls, and the spectacular Mealt Falls with Kilt Rock.

While each waterfall has its own distinct beauty, Mealt Falls is my personal favorite. Flowing from Loch Mealt and plunging directly into the sea, it sits right on the edge of the dramatic Kilt Rock cliffs—making this location truly unique, especially from the air.

Kilt Rock, located on the northeast Trotternish Peninsula, is a striking sea cliff known for its resemblance to a pleated kilt. The vertical basalt columns form the pleats, while sills of dolerite add to the pattern. Beside it, Mealt Falls drops an impressive 55 meters into the sea, creating one of the most stunning coastal scenes in Scotland.
