The Essence of Non-Duality: Ego, Love, Awareness, Death & Happiness | Rupert Spira

Rupert Spira offers a profound exploration of non-dualism, beginning with the question: “Who are you, really?” He guides us through a deep inquiry into the nature of self, awareness, and existence—challenging conditioned beliefs and pointing toward a direct experience of being.
This journey touches on our inherent longing for happiness, the qualities of awareness, and the idea that the universe separates itself to know itself. Spira also reflects on the moral and relational implications of this understanding, viewing relationships as containers for growth and self-discovery.
He discusses enlightenment, the nature of meditation, the traps of spiritual ego, and offers practical guidance on embodying one’s true self. This video is an essential watch for anyone seeking deeper clarity, peace, and fulfillment.
