Sony | 2025 BRAVIA TV & BRAVIA Theater – Lineup Overview

Whether you are new to Sony's Bravia lineup or returning, welcome to the second chapter of Cinema is Coming Home. This is not just a catchy phrase, but an ideology that is unique to Sony and is summarized in our philosophy of Lens to Living Room. From capturing a movie's crucial moments with one of Sony's CinemaLine cameras to delivering a breathtakingly accurate picture on your Bravia TV in your living room, Sony products bring an elevated cinematic experience like no other. This year, we're expanding our already impressive Bravia TV lineup, including the award-winning Value Electronics TV Shootout winner, King of TVs for Mini-LED category, Bravia 9, and the King of TV in OLED category, Bravia A95L. In addition to these flagship TVs, Bravia 8, Bravia 7, and Bravia 3 will remain in their roles as premium OLED Mini-LED and Direct LED TVs, respectively. And with that said, let's introduce the family of Bravia products, including the successor of the Bravia A95L, the Bravia 8 Mark II, a TV many of you have been waiting for, some exciting new home audio products, and a stunning new home cinema projector. Let me start with the all-new Bravia 2 Mark II. This is the model for those looking for Sony quality, an exceptional viewing experience, and a robust smart TV platform. It's great for anyone wanting the most entertainment right at their fingertips. This TV will unleash beautiful colors, room-filling sound, and a crystal-clear 4K picture into your home. From here, we move to the Bravia 3, another television that delivers exceptional value with added extras. For instance, premium HDR formats, including Dolby Vision, delivers you content the way creators imagine it to be. Alright, so the next TV joining our family is the Bravia 5 Mini-LED TV. This TV comes in a range of sizes, all the way up to a massive 98 inches. The Bravia 5 is the newest addition to our Bravia Mini-LED TV lineup, introducing premium picture quality at a great value. This TV is powered by the XR Backlight Master Drive and XR processor with AI integration. These advanced technologies allow for precise control of thousands of LEDs to produce that high contrast, high brightness, and overall mesmerizing picture quality. The Bravia 5 shares so many top-tier features from its Bravia TV siblings, features such as studio calibrated modes and premium picture and audio formats, such as Dolby Vision and IMAX Enhanced. So no matter what platform you watch, you'll get the picture you were meant to see. Now, let's step up to the Bravia 7. Offering more precise brightness and contrast than the Bravia 5, this TV has quickly become a favorite among cinema lovers. Thanks to an impressive Mini-LED backlight controlled by XR Backlight Master Drive and Quantum Dot Color, this combination allows Bravia 7 to bring your movie night to life in a way you thought you could only see in the theater. You OLED lovers out there are probably wondering what we have in store for you. Well, continuing this year is Bravia 8. This is an ultra-slim, beautiful OLED with billions of shades of color, world-class processing, and all the latest film and audio formats. This TV is great for those who love movies, TV shows, and gaming, as it excels in all categories. For picture purists, the TV you have been waiting for, the successor to the critically acclaimed Bravia XR A95L, introducing the Bravia 8 Mark II. This TV represents the ultimate in OLED, where deep black and vibrant hues come together to bring every detail to life. It utilizes Quantum Dot Color, powered by XR Triluminos Max, to deliver pure, vibrant, accurate colors, and a high-resolution image. This is our brightest OLED TV ever, equipped with our advanced processor for best-in-class picture. Bravia OLED TVs are created with a slim, one-slate design and feature Acoustic Surface Audio Plus, which allows the TV screen to play immersive multi-channel audio directly from the screen itself. This TV will deliver truly cinematic picture and sound, making every moment at the home feel like a special occasion. We will also have the 77-inch Bravia A95L. It will remain to keep one of the best TVs we have ever made, available for those looking for a cinema-quality Quantum Dot OLED in a larger screen size. Now, topping our TV lineup is the flagship Bravia 9. See, the Bravia 9 has stunning brightness to banish glare and deliver high-peak luminance for an HDR experience that's second to none. It utilizes our most advanced backlight system for the very best contrast and shadow detail. It's an authentic cinematic experience, just as the directors intended, and for that reason, it remains our flagship TV. But not only that, the Bravia 9 represents the pinnacle of TV technology today and mirrors the very best mastery monitors the pros use to edit the films you watch. There's really no better way to bring the cinema experience home than on a Bravia 9. Now, to get that unforgettable cinematic experience, it's important to upgrade your audio to room-filling surround sound like you experience in the movie theaters. So don't settle for less when it comes to your home entertainment. That's why we're introducing the following new products to our Bravia Theater lineup this year. They bring new options to those looking to step into immersive sound. Let me start with the Bravia Theater Bar 6. With three front-firing speakers, two up-firing height speakers, a subwoofer, and support for Dolby Atmos and DTS-X, everything from dialogue to spaceships flying overhead is going to sound captivating. That's right. Next up, Bravia Theater System 6. This powerful all-in-one 5.1 channel sound system features front-firing speakers, two rear speakers with a wireless amplifier, and a commanding subwoofer. Together, they deliver a deeper, richer, and well-balanced sound. Dolby Atmos and DTS-X support Realize's multi-dimensional soundscapes powered by Vertical Surround Engine and S-Force ProFront Surround that bring films to life as creators intended. When you're ready to entertain, enable multi-stereo sounds to fill the room with music so everyone hears your playlist in the most immersive way possible. Both of these new soundbars have a dedicated center channel, so you can bet on excellent dialogue. Plus, they can take advantage of Voice Zoom 3 when paired with compatible Bravia TVs. This technology uses AI to separate human voices from other sounds, so every word is crystal clear. Pairing with Bravia TVs also enables Bravia Theater settings to show within the Quick Settings menu so you can make changes on the fly with just one remote. Wow, that's amazing! These two bars allow us to expand our equally impressive Bravia Theater lineup, which includes the revolutionary Bravia Theater Quad, Room Filling Bar 9, and Impressive Bar 8, as well as our wireless subwoofers and rear speaker add-ons. But new for this year, for Bravia Theater Bar 9, Bar 8, and A3000, you can add Bravia Theater Rear 8. These wireless rear speakers create a wider sweet spot, enveloping you in sound from every angle to boost your next cinematic movie night. Because there's nothing like hearing that creepy character sneaking up behind you, making you spill your popcorn everywhere. Oh, that sounds fun! Pairing a Sony sound system with a Sony Bravia TV is one of the best decisions you can make in your home theater. Not only does it sound fantastic, but it can make getting great sound tailored for your home a breeze. Nothing screams cinema like great picture and great sound. Speaking of great picture, let me introduce the final member of Sony's family of cinematic products. This is the Bravia Projector 7. Equipped with an up to 2200 lumen Sony laser light source, the Bravia Projector 7 delivers an immersive viewing experience with our Pro Cinematic HDR feature set and strikingly clear 4K HDR picture. It shares features with its siblings like the XR processor for projector and our native 4K SXRD panel to deliver high resolution and vivid colors on a compact design that's perfect for your home cinema.
