CHINESE STIR-FRIED NOODLES RECIPE:
INGREDIENTS for 4 people:
300g noodles
1 red bell pepper
1 green bell pepper
1 fresh garlic shoot
4 tbsp soy sauce
2 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp Chinese black vinegar (can be substituted with balsamic vinegar)
1 tsp sugar
White pepper
Sunflower oil
For the marinade:
400g pork loin steaks
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp cornstarch
White pepper

PREPARATION:
1. For the marinade, cut the steaks into thin strips and mix with the rest of the ingredients until well coated. Cover and let stand for 20 minutes.

2. Cook the pasta in plenty of boiling water as directed by the manufacturer. In a bowl, mix the oyster sauce, soy sauce, vinegar, sugar, and a little white pepper and set aside.

3. Finely chop the white part of the garlic shoots and reserve the green part for garnish. Cut the peppers, thoroughly cleaned and seeded, into fairly thick strips.

4. In a large skillet with a drizzle of oil, cook the garlic shoots until they begin to brown. Add the marinated meat and cook until cooked through. Add the peppers and sauté everything together for a couple of minutes. Pour in the noodles and the sauce you prepared earlier and sauté everything together until well combined and heated through.

5. Sprinkle with the chopped green part of the garlic shoots and serve freshly prepared.
