Prayer to Thank God for His Blessings (Thanking & Thanksgiving)

Great Prayer to Thank God, Give Thanks & Be Thanks for All Goodness. Heavenly Father, we come before you today, not asking for anything but humbly giving thanks for all you have done for us. Father, we thank you for sending your Son to die on that old, rough cross to save us from our sins. Thank you, my Lord Jesus, for enduring so much pain and suffering to save us. We pray that we will be given the same strength to endure life for you. We give thanks for health, strength, grace, forgiveness, peace, joy, for loving us unconditionally and never letting us down. We thank you for every good thing as well as every challenge because it has shaped us into the person we should be and the person you want us to be successful. Thank you for new mercy and happiness each day. We thank you for wonderful families, spouses, meals on our tables and homes over our heads. We give thanks and are grateful for all that you have done, Messiah, and all that you will do in our lives, in Jesus’ name.

Lord, our God, who has blessed us with countless blessings, lift up our hearts in gratitude and thanksgiving. Help us to remember the gifts we have received, the abundance we take for granted, the rich possibilities you provide. For our daily bread, for our water, for our homes and for our friends, we humbly give you thanks. For the beauty and fruitfulness, for the healing and hope, for the comfort of your presence, we joyfully store up your song now and always. Heavenly Father, You have filled the world with beauty; Open my eyes to see Your gracious hand in all Your works; that rejoicing in Your creation, I may learn to serve You gladly, to manage Your bounty faithfully; For all things were made through Your Son, Christ our Lord.
