Rublev Takes On Auger-Aliassime; Cobolli Plays Etcheverry | Hamburg 2025 Semi-Final Highlights

that's nicely played well that went via the net cord but uh it doesn't really mind oh well make that four now yep took his time put a lot of care into that drop shot oh double figures oh etcheverry moves ahead oh my goodness a shocking double fault the set ends in mysterious circumstances a set in which flavio caboli hit 13 winners 11 of them of his forehand wing and yet go figure he's lost the set 6-2 and that's on the line he's apologizing for it not necessarily sure he needs to finish it taking him on to 15 in that department yes the forehand in full effect makes that one he's gone for a couple of lobs in the last few games and hasn't quite got the length right it's once at all deciding set in the first semi-final his foot in height oh incredible caboli did not expect that forehand to come back caboli the comeback kid the hamburg final awaits for the exciting italian what a victory from six two three one down one that got away from the grasp of thomas martin etcheverry who having won seven out of eight games can't believe he's lost this match but it's caboli's moment he will play for the title tomorrow and he is reveling in that comeback victory 2047 minutes holding up so well in that rally well played he'll keep him on his toes he just plants the front foot down doesn't he and drives through the ball much needed felix sensing a chance to take advantage looking very secure to that sometimes it works for you sometimes you're the later match so tight to his baseline not giving any ground away at all well that's the 21st set these two have ever played and it's comfortably the most one-sided just the 35 minutes for rublev to win it 6-1 with two breaks of serve not over yet but it's been so disciplined today nicely done 350 tour wins that's a landmark good effort from felix who had the hardest of the quarterfinals late yesterday but rublev has looked so consistent this week here in hamburg clearly loves it here and tomorrow afternoon he will play for his second title at this tournament after beating stefano setterpass to lift the trophy five years ago from july
