This 15-minute guided meditation is perfect for anyone looking to bring peace and calm into their life. It starts by guiding you through a series of mindful breathing exercises to help you settle into a relaxed state of mind. You'll then be invited to notice your thoughts and emotions without judgment, allowing them to come and go like clouds in the sky. The meditation then takes you on a visual journey, guiding you to imagine a calming color, like a soft pink or blue, that slowly radiates outward from your body and fills the space around you. By the end of the meditation, you'll be left feeling relaxed, peaceful, and calm.

Welcome to a guided meditation for calm and peace on Declutter The Mind. To start, let's take a
moment to sink into the present moment. Let's just begin by becoming aware of our breath. Feel the
rise and fall of your chest as you inhale and exhale. Just allow the body to breathe on its own.
We're not changing the breath. We're not adding or taking anything away from the breath here.
We're just allowing the body to breathe and then noticing all of the sensations that come
with the breath, starting with watching the rise and fall of the chest for the next few moments.
And now let's just gently close our eyes here, if we haven't already, and let's gently observe
any thoughts that come to the mind without any judgment, without becoming attached to the thought.
Allow the thoughts to pass through and away. But if you become captured by a thought or
a thought begins to pull your attention away, simply and gently return your attention back
to the breath, back to watching the rise and fall of the breath, back to this place of calm
Again, continuing to notice the thoughts and feelings as they pass, as they try to pull
your attention away. But again, we're here in the present, in this calm and peace.
And after taking a few deep breaths, just allow your body to breathe on its own,
continuing to watch the breath, continuing to watch the rise and fall for the next few moments.
And now imagine a calming color, such as blue or green, and visualize this color
wrapping around your body and bringing with it a sense of peace and tranquility.
Just imagine this color slowly enveloping you in its comfort, in its softness, in its safety,
letting go of any worries you are holding on to, letting go of any stresses you're attaching
to our heart. Feel the warmth of your breath and the beat of your heart. And if it helps,
you can place your hand over your heart, seeing if you can find the rhythm and the beating here,
allowing yourself to be filled with a sense of calm and peace, if it's there.
We don't need to manufacture anything here, just allowing it to come on its own.
And if it's not there, it's okay. Just be with the breath, the one thing that's always there.
And take a few more moments to connect with whatever you are feeling here.
And then when you are ready, slowly open your eyes and come back to the present moment.
Thanks for sitting and I'll see you in the next practice.
