📋 INGREDIENTS:
For the balls:
• 1 medium sweet potato (approx. 300g / approx. 1 1/4 cups), cooked and mashed
• 1 can chickpeas (approx. 240g drained weight / approx. 1 1/2 cups), mashed
• 1 small onion, finely diced
• 1 garlic clove, finely chopped
• 3 tbsp oatmeal or breadcrumbs
• 1 tsp paprika
• 1/2 tsp cumin
• Salt, pepper, fresh parsley
• 1 tbsp oil for frying
For the dip:
• 150g unsweetened vegan yogurt (e.g., soy or almond-based) (approx. 1/2 cup)
• 1 tbsp lemon juice
• 1 tbsp chopped dill or parsley
• 1 pinch of salt and pepper
