Modern Mediterranean Home Design That Blends with Nature – Olivos House
#mediterannean #naturehouse #architecture
Welcome to Olivos House – an architectural masterpiece that blends perfectly with nature and local culture. Located on the outskirts of the historic village of Quesa, Valencia, the house is a meeting point between the past, the environment and design innovation. Built on the last olive grove that borders the city, Olivos House uses a single-storey architecture to create harmony between the interior and exterior.
In this video, we take you through the uniqueness of this house – from three private gardens overlooking the sky and olive trees, to a large Mediterranean-style terrace, to a long swimming pool with stunning sunset views. Not only is the house visually beautiful, it is also designed with state-of-the-art technology, including the “Steel Frame” system for efficient construction and Passivhaus energy standards for sustainable comfort all year round.
Watch until the end to see how water elements, local materials such as exotic marble and terracotta shades, and natural light create an unforgettable atmosphere – making Olivos House more than just a place to live, it is a living experience.
