GLASS ENCHANTMENT: Painstaking Work - Dig More Japan

Glass artisan Saito Masaya. He works restoring stained glass, something uncommon here in Japan. To date, he's restored over 400 pieces, breathing new life into what was once broken. Today, he's repairing a lampshade that was damaged in an earthquake. This green piece needs replacing, but... There's no information on when or by whom the piece was made, and no match for the original glass. He searches the vast collection of glass in his workshop for something as similar in color and texture as possible. He painstakingly repairs each piece in the hopes they'll still be treasured for 100 years to come. Here it is. I'll rebuild it when it's broken, and leave it for the next generation. I'm doing my best to make the best of what I can do now.
