The title of this story is The Good Fisherman and the Bad Fisherman
Once upon a time, there was an old fisherman who lived in a shallow pond by the sea
with his wife.
Every day, he went fishing to catch fish so that they could have something to eat.
One day, when he was fishing, he was surprised when he caught a fish
that was swimming under the sun.
But before he could put it in the net, the fish spoke.
Oh, fisherman, forgive me.
I am a poor fisherman.
In exchange for my freedom, I am ready to fulfill any of your wishes.
The old man was surprised, but because of his good heart, he said,
Okay, you're free now.
And he let the fish swim back to the sea.
When he went home, he told his wife about it.
But the old man's wife got angry.
You're a bad fisherman! You caught a bad fish!
You should go back and ask for a new net.
Our net is broken!
Because of his wife's insistence, the old man went back to the sea.
He called,
Oh, fisherman, fisherman, listen to me.
My wife has a request for you.
The fish swam out of the net.
What is her wish?
The fisherman asked for a new net.
Next, the fish answered and went back to the sea.
When he went home, he saw a new net.
But his wife was still not happy.
Every day, he has a new wish.
First, a new house.
Next, a daughter-in-law.
Then, a queen.
And last but not least, the empress of the kingdom.
And finally, he said,
Go back!
Tell the fish, I want to be the queen of the sea.
And she will be my slave.
Saddened and ashamed, the old man went back to the sea.
Now, he is crying and struggling.
Oh, fisherman, fisherman, listen to me.
My wife has another wish.
The fish swam out of the net.
But it's not happy anymore.
I'm sorry, fisherman.
Your wife's wish cannot happen.
This means that the fish swam back to the sea.
When the old man returned to their place,
the palace was gone.
The house was gone.
And they went back to their old nest.
Everyone went back to the past.
And the fish was never seen again.
The story goes,
Learn to be happy and don't be greedy.
If we always ask for more,
especially if it's bad for others,
we may lose what we have.
Goodness is more important than greed.
Fishermen are kind and humble.
Because of their wife's great desire,
they lost the blessings they used to enjoy.
In short,
a person who doesn't know how to be happy
will go back to nothing.
