Jasmine Paolini vs. Lulu Sun | 2025 Rome Round 2 | WTA Match Highlights

I won't disagree with you. Gorgeous film. Same as Lulu Son. Sweet. Oh, that is sublime. She's bringing all the skills right now. Oh, hold on. Where did that come from? What was that from Lulu Son? Paolini strikes first in Rome. That got more complicated than it looked like it was going to at 4-1 in the opening set. But the Italian just with a little bit extra at the end of it. Spot in the shade. Very. How early she takes those returns. How much pressure she adds on Paolini. Well, she spotted that. Yes, did not get the drop shot contact right at all. And Paolini was all over it. Yeah, never going to miss that. Very smart play from Paolini. Outstanding. What a pick up there from Paolini. Into the open spaces. So quickly up to that. I feel like she's just put the foot on the accelerator a little bit. Such a clever point. She took the pace off the serve. Well spotted. Jasmine Paolini is into the third round in Rome for the very first time in her career. And that was a very good test against Lulu Son. They've never faced each other before. And it got oh so very complicated at the end of the opening set. But a run of 10 unanswered points at the end of the opening set gave her momentum. And she built on it. And the fans in Rome will see her again in round three.
