On a beautiful day in early April, we just wanted to have a slow, quiet, and peaceful time enjoying cherry blossoms at some more local spots in Nara. We also visited a beautifully preserved Edo period merchant town, stopped by a cozy café in a traditional house, and walked through peaceful flower fields filled with cherry and rapeseed blossoms.
