How's it going, guys? Welcome back to my channel. Welcome back.
I forgot to put on the earphones and I realized it just now because I was wondering...
Who's that guy in the mirror?
Anyway, how's it going, guys? Welcome back to another vlog.
I haven't been vlogging for a while. I've had a lot of family in the last few days.
It was also Easter, and it was a lot of fun.
So, if I'm particularly eloquent in this vlog, it's because I really missed it.
I'll also do a Q&A session at the end of this vlog.
Every time I do a Q&A session, I think, I'll do it more often.
And then 6 months go by and I haven't done one.
It's still early. I just got ready. I made coffee. I made breakfast.
Actually, I'm reading this book right now.
Summer in the City, by Alex Aster.
Spring. A very long list of books.
Like, I literally have a pile of books on my chair there.
And they're all books I want to read soon.
Anyway, right now, I'm going to do some cleaning.
I want to do the mess, clean the bathroom, vacuum and wash the floors.
Also, guys, I've been so active on TikTok in the last few days and I'm having a lot of fun.
I never thought I'd see a day where I could post there happily.
It seems to me that I have created long content, which are my videos on YouTube, for a very long time.
And I feel like I've felt so comfortable and I love YouTube.
In short, YouTube will always be my number one.
Don't think I'll become a TikToker and I'll leave.
But I feel like I've changed my attitude about it.
Especially last week, where I had a lot of fun seeing how creative you can be in 15 seconds.
30 seconds. I don't know, but I'm having a lot of fun.
It also seems to me that I have the same feeling I had when I opened my YouTube channel.
When you start practically from scratch.
You don't have a defined audience yet.
In practice, you have the maximum freedom to publish anything, do anything and discover a new audience by doing so.
Anyway, now I'm starting to clean.
Let's start the day.
I hope you like this vlog.
I love you so much.
Let's start cleaning.
This is the pile of books I was talking about.
I don't even want to look at my Kindle in the next few weeks because this is our priority.
There is also a fly in here that has just entered the window and I sprayed it with insecticide.
So it will die soon.
But if you see it, ignore it.
I just finished cleaning.
I'm just waiting for the mess to be over and then we'll go out for a try.
3, 2, 1, a coffee shop.
I know, I know.
But I have to work a little.
And I want to edit this little TikTok I filmed yesterday.
Also, when you work from home, sometimes you want to go.
But first, I want to show you some things I bought.
I ordered two dresses and I got one from Boot Bar.
The saga of when I was looking for a dress for Beyoncé's concert.
It was a journey.
The Cowboy Carter concert is in a week and I had months to think about my dress for this concert.
And I think that's the problem.
That's why I worked so hard.
Because I had too much time.
So, like the outfit I had planned when I bought the tickets, now it's a completely different outfit.
When you give me so much time to think about it, I take it.
I told you in my last vlog that I ordered a dress.
Two dresses from Princess Polly.
One was too small.
One was too big.
And now let's move on to this.
And I think it will work.
It will have to work.
I'm not giving up.
Well, I'm doing it.
But it's better if it works.
I mean, it has to work.
I just want to feel and look the best for this concert.
I think it will be a lot of fun.
And the fact that it's a Beyoncé concert has a Western atmosphere.
It's a lot of fun.
Personally, I love dressing up in Western style.
Not in the style of Dolce Casa Alabama.
More in the Mexican Western style.
So, the atmosphere I imagine is a dress.
It will be a brown hat and brown cowgirl boots.
Here's the first option.
This is the option of the white dress.
I really liked the bottom.
Then, this is the other option.
Jeans dress.
How nice.
It's a back knot.
Which is perfect because it will be very tight from the waist.
Let me show you the hat I got yesterday from Butoron.
This is her.
It's a Cody James hat.
Greetings to Cody James.
I feel like I have a really big head.
I feel a little ridiculous.
But I hope it passes because I find it really, really cute.
Ok, I just went to the bar.
I don't think I'll have a coffee or a mecha.
But, because I just opened a Lani.
I think I'll just have a smoothie or something like that.
Ok, it was actually really productive.
I started editing this video you're watching.
So, like the video I made this morning.
I also uploaded a TikTok and edited another one.
And this is just for fun.
And then I also uploaded some photos on Instagram.
So, the content creation today seems to be as historical as possible.
And it's a lot of fun.
Before leaving.
I thought.
A quick look at what's in the bag.
I won't do one in a minute and we'll do it quickly.
I'll show you everything in my bag.
This is my Anthropologie bag.
My mom gave it to me for my birthday.
I've had it since September and it's really the perfect bag.
First of all, there are my two cameras.
I always keep them.
Always.
Always in here.
This is my public vlogging camera that I love.
It's the Canon V10.
It's very small.
Super compact.
It has this little support.
So you can put it anywhere.
And then I have my little camera.
This is my Sony Cybershot.
I've already told this story.
Camera.
A gift from my 14 years old.
So, this camera is literally 11 years old.
And it still works great.
I still use it.
It's a camera I use to take pictures when I'm with my family.
Or when I just want to capture a moment without having to keep it on the phone.
So, my two cameras.
My wallet.
I also have chewing gums.
This is my favorite chewing gum.
It really does.
My Airpods.
Yesterday I got my nails done and I almost thought I had forgotten them.
I have a parking receipt.
Another parking receipt.
It was actually from Vine Street in Hollywood.
On the weekend I took my family to the Griffith Observatory.
And you know how much I love that place.
And we also stopped at the Hollywood Walk of Fame, which was very fun.
I have an oil for the lips, a lip pencil and lip gloss.
This little hair brush, some strips of bread and disinfectant for the hands that I always forget to have here.
Oh, it smells really good.
Lavender and vanilla.
And that's all.
It's all I have in my bag.
I hope I haven't bored you to death.
Now, let's go home by car.
Ok, I cooked and ate dinner.
I finished cooking only chicken and some vegetables.
It was really good.
I'm pretty sure I cooked the chicken too much for fear of not cooking it too much.
But it was still really, really good.
Honestly.
Now I'm going to my Hot Yoga Scalp course.
I would like to be able to snap my fingers and have already done this workout.
Have already taken a shower.
Be already in bed and start reading because I really like the book I'm reading.
Summer in The City.
And I would almost like to jump directly to the part of the day I'm reading it.
But first, let's do this workout.
Then we'll move on to the rest.
Left knee to the left.
Right down.
Lift it.
Last two.
Pull.
It was a really hard workout.
But it was really beautiful.
And it's the perfect way to end the day.
Everything else I do will be very relaxing and very quiet.
Starting with a necessary and regenerating shower.
Ok, I took a shower.
I feel so clean.
Tonight I will also try this drink.
I saw these drinks from Erwan and All Foods.
It is practically a sparkling water that contains magnesium.
It also contains elanine and melissa to help maintain balance.
I take elanine, like the integrator.
So, these drinks are only used to make you feel very calm, fresh and composed.
All this seems perfect to me.
I love sparkling water.
And I love magnesium and elanine.
So, tonight I'll have this.
I didn't really want a tea, so this sparkling moment is perfect.
It's not sponsored by them at all, but they sent me a package of 8 of their drinks.
So I'm very excited.
If you already drink them or want to try them, they gave me a code for a 15% discount, I'm pretty sure.
I'll put it on the screen in case you want to save.
I'll drink this drink and finally read my book.
I waited for this moment all day.
I forgot to record and I was on TikTok for 5 minutes.
Ok, let's read.
It could be a placebo, but I already feel relaxed.
It's definitely a placebo.
I haven't reached my stomach yet, and I'm already thinking.
Oh, how relaxing.
I don't know if I've already said it in this vlog or if I've thought about it,
but I said I would have finished the book I'm reading tonight.
It won't happen.
I don't know if it's the drink's fault.
I don't know if it's a placebo.
I don't know if it's just a kind of drowsiness.
But I'm so tired.
It's 11.12 and I'm going to sleep.
I'm also trying to decide if tomorrow I want to take a Pilates lesson in the morning or in the afternoon.
I prefer the one in the morning, but we'll see.
I'm going to sleep.
See you tomorrow.
Good night.
Let's go to Pilates.
Well, it was moving.
Last night I literally washed my hair, and now I feel so sweaty and disgusting that I would like to wash them again.
But I have the feeling that they are drying too much because I am washing them too much because of these courses.
Honestly, with these intense training courses, it's a matter of two.
Like, either I enjoy a day with my hair in order or I go to train.
And I come to these courses almost every day.
So, honestly, my hair hasn't been beautiful for a couple of weeks.
It seems to me.
But I'm doing the math because I won't stop coming to these courses.
Ok, I took a shower, I put on my makeup, and I decided to have a mass at home because I honestly can't stand the look of my hair.
I brushed them so that they are a little too crispy.
So, let's improve the situation.
Ok, one side is done.
I literally took ten minutes.
I always speak so badly of this tool, but it never disappoints.
The fact that it allows me to have days when my hair is ugly.
When the Rayblon brush does it in 25 minutes, it is literally the proof that I need to understand that I am a lazy person when it comes to my hair.
But the hair is fine.
They look and feel really, really beautiful.
Please, don't judge me for my roots now.
I'm already judging myself enough.
I really, really, really postponed my appointment with the hairdresser as much as possible this time.
A little too long.
But I really wanted my hair to be fresh for Beyoncé's concert.
And I will literally wear a hat.
In short, all you will see is this.
So, fresh hair or not, it literally didn't matter.
But my appointment is next week and I'm counting the days.
Oh, it's great.
To conclude the vlog, questions and answers.
I asked you on Instagram, as I always do.
Many of you have sent me really, really interesting questions.
So, even if I don't answer, I want to thank you for taking the time to send me a question.
But here we are.
Let's do a little Q&A cute.
Ok.
Would you ever get a tattoo?
Would be.
What would it be if yes?
The answer is actually no.
I don't think I'll ever get a tattoo.
Personally, I have nothing against tattoos.
I've seen beautiful ones.
I love it when people get tattoos and they have a really beautiful or meaningful story.
Personally, I don't imagine myself with tattoos.
I also really, really, really believe that if I got a tattoo right now that I love and firmly believe that I will love for the rest of time, I would wake up tomorrow and regret it.
So, no.
I don't think I'll ever get a tattoo.
I'm happy to see a shiny can.
How does it feel to represent your own culture in this space?
It seems to me that I don't think about it enough.
I have the feeling that we are not enough to do it.
So, I'm very proud to be in this space and to do it as a job and maybe show other Latin creatives that there is room for us here.
What is your favorite activity when you need a break from everything?
This is a really fun question.
I feel like I have different versions of this.
If I need a break from everything after many social activities, it is 100% my bed, my room, without anyone else inside,
scrolling aimlessly on TikTok or watching a series or a movie, but literally only me in my room.
I feel like this brings me back to myself.
However, if I need a break from myself, from my thoughts, if I'm thinking about something, do you like my Pilates lessons or my yoga lessons?
No phone, no nothing.
Honestly, sometimes it's a really, really fantastic break from my mind.
By the way, Pilates, is yoga worth it?
How was your journey?
Actually, I received some questions about this, which I love because it is something that fascinates me so much.
I could talk to you guys for a long time, but I was just waiting for a question to make me jump.
Actually, I was going to talk about it more in depth in a future video,
because this year in particular for me, 2025, I feel that it will be a year of great transformation.
I feel that in the last few years, maybe two or three years, I have worked a lot on myself internally.
And I feel that since the second half of last year, and especially this year, for me it is an external transformation.
I am really investing time, commitment and energy to really know a version of myself that I feel I have never been.
I have never been a person who trains constantly in my entire life.
I have never been insecure about my body, but I have never been proud of it.
And I think that when you really commit yourself, as in real life, for your appearance, you have literally no choice but to be sure and proud of it.
And I'm discovering all this for the first time ever because I started going to Hot Pilates and Hot Yoga Scalp.
I did two gym subscriptions, I told them both off, and I realized that the gym wasn't for me.
I don't like the atmosphere, I don't like the smell, I don't like the look.
I went to the gym about two months ago, and I really felt, really, that it wasn't for me.
But Pilates, Hot Yoga and these guided courses have completely changed my world.
You don't have to worry about anything.
Enter there, the room is literally 35 degrees Celsius, so you sweat automatically.
And for me, sweating so much contributes to the feeling of really doing something and you just have to follow what they do.
Honestly, the hardest part is just introducing yourself.
Mecha or coffee?
Coffee.
I love mecha.
You know it.
But the thing I want when I wake up is coffee.
Tell us about your journey on YouTube.
I want to continue, start YouTube.
You are my inspiration.
I started YouTube about six years ago and it was definitely a journey, with many ups and downs.
I learned and I grew a lot on this channel.
I feel like I'm still learning, I'm still growing.
I don't think I'm done.
I believe that my most important advice for those who want to open their own YouTube channel is simply to do so.
Honestly, we are at a point where there are so many social media platforms out there that dealing with social media, publishing on social media, is literally nothing exceptional.
If you have content that you think other people will find interesting, share it.
Even if people don't watch it right away, do it for yourself.
Why did I open my YouTube channel?
I was so tired of always thinking about it.
I had a list on my phone of all these ideas for the videos I wanted to make.
I couldn't get this idea out of my head for YouTube, until I got so tired of always thinking about it that I said,
I'll publish my first video.
Maybe I'll hate it and move on to something else, or I'll love it.
And in the end I loved it.
The first book you ever read that started all this and changed the course of your life.
It's so nice.
So, I've always been a bad reader.
I remember my mother always telling me that when I was in second or third grade, I was in the bedroom reading.
High school was a time when I completely stopped reading.
Those four years were the years when I was convinced I wasn't a reader.
I think the only book I read in the four years of high school was Nicholas Sparks' Safe Haven.
But what made me go back to reading was Bridget Gerton.
I remember finishing the first season of Bridget Gerton in about 2020 and having loved the series.
And I was so angry that we had only done one.
So I took the book, I read it all and I liked it a lot.
Then I read the second book.
And then I discovered what Book Talk is.
And now here we are.
Daisy Jones
Carefree. Wait, I love this question.
If you were the main actress of a story, what story would it be?
Or what would yours be about?
I feel like I'm taking this question very seriously because the stories, growing up, were all for me.
So I still don't know what mine would be about.
But if I could be there or be the protagonist, I would do it 100%.
That was my favorite as a child.
I think I would really like to live that story just for the protagonist.
How can I start being more independent? How can you help me?
If the 19-year-old me could see me now, she wouldn't know what to do.
Independence. My only wish at 19.
I wanted to be able to go to the supermarket, to the mall, do the things I had to do alone.
And honestly, the only way to do it frankly is to get into the game.
You won't magically wake up one day.
You'll read something or hear someone say something and then you'll wake up the next day all of a sudden super independent.
You have to get into the game enough times to make everything start to become normal.
And this takes time, years, honestly.
Just remember that, in the end, nobody cares.
That is, nobody cares more about you than you are alone.
What is your sun, your moon and your ascendant?
I'm a virgin. Capricorn moon. Ascendant virgin.
So, I'm literally the person with the most feet on the ground you know.
Ok, last question.
What training course has given you the best results?
Em, you look great. Thank you.
So, I try to basically do 3 lessons of Mat Pilates and 3 lessons of Hot Yoga Scalp a week.
In my best weeks, I do 6 lessons a week, sometimes 5.
Last week, when I had a lot of relatives at home and it was Easter, I did 2 a week, but I try to stay at 6.
However, one thing I have incorporated and that I feel I have really noticed the difference is my walk mat.
I try to use it for 30 minutes every day.
Speed 4, which in the end is equivalent to about 3 km.
It's not exaggerated, but I think the combination of walking and especially Mat Pilates, I believe that with constancy, will really give results.
And you could also do it literally from home.
Take a walk or get a walk mat.
And on YouTube there is a channel called Move with Nicole.
She does Pilates workouts.
So, combining these workouts at home with walking is a perfect combination.
Anyway, guys, that's all for this vlog.
Thank you so much for following me.
I hope I haven't bored you to death with all these chitchats.
I love you and see you in my next vlog.
Bye!
