The Dodgers in Atlanta and it's a machine right now looking to sweep a series at the season series from the Braves and yes The fourth has been with the Dodgers. They have won seven in a row and have baseball's best record Bryce Elder on the mound It's got an ERA just over five and a half and four career appearances against the Dodgers It's been some encouraging signs from Bryce Elder who's on the mound his last two games six innings Against the Cardinals and the Rockies, but the Cardinals and the Rockies aren't the Dodgers. Nobody has that guy except Los Angeles Shohei Ohtani, so Tani will step in and there's a cold strike right at the top of the zone Got a sinker over Ohtani goes down looking great start Bryce Elder to send Ohtani down Betts has had a big series four for eight in this series Bryce Elder welcome to the game Strikeouts of Ohtani looking and Betts swinging and one man left to solve and that'll be Freddie Freeman 3-2 and Freeman bites the dust swinging over the top of a slider. How about that? Wonderful start for Bryce Elder striking out Ohtani, Betts and Freeman. Dustin May code red We'll go for the Dodgers one and one with the 395 ERA last time out five and a third innings three runs five hits three Strikeouts and a no decision against the Marlins He'll face the Braves for the third time in his career Oh and one with the 514 ERA and that is low ball four. He has walked the lead off man Yeah, that's just not the way obviously to start off a ballgame Something that may has been very good at is keeping the ball in the ballpark Maybe the Braves can challenge that tonight May has allowed just one homer this year and that's been over 27 and a third innings one two and Riley charges one up soaring high into the heavens and Disappearing into the seats and the Braves take the lead on the two-run homer by Austin Riley That's his seventh homer of the year RBI is 21 and 22 A leadoff single for Harris. Here's Eli White Harris six out of seven and stolen base attempts this season Throw down from Barnes not even close to being on time and Michael hangs out of the bag with that right arm A steal is seven base hit could make it three nothing good wheels out there at second sweeper swung on and missed He struck him out big break on that sweeper one down for Drake Baldwin Drake batting 250 Swung on poked to left pretty deep going back after a Conforto He dives and makes the catch right on the warning track. Well Harris was halfway He was thinking he was going to get home He has to go back to second base But a terrific defensive play by Michael Conforto Records the second out of the second inning that saves a run now two down for Nick Allen Allen has one hit in the series Swung on and missed he got him with a sweeper for Atlanta in the second. No runs one hit one man left That's another two strike hit off May He's on for the second time three straight innings.
