The sound of the kite flute takes me back to my hometown
The green rice fields, the afternoon smoke, the true taste of my hometown
That is my village, after many years of separation, I return to visit.

The shadow of the banyan tree is still here, it tells the story of my hometown
The old communal house is covered with moss, full of nostalgia, regretting the old days when my village still loved traditional culture and always respected Buddha

I left when I was in my twenties. I struggled in a faraway land. Tears fell every afternoon alone. Even though I was thousands of miles away, I still missed my hometown.

A á, a à,... the gift for my mother was not silver or gold, nothing flashy. I gave the lotus that people have been searching for for thousands of years. So that my mother's heart would always be happy, Singing praises to Truthfulness, Compassion, and Forbearance, always shining.
