hi guys this is mine from like Sonia
cell welcome from that first episode of
one minute ESL tip it's right now
[Applause]
here is the first episode of one minute
ESL tip and as you preferred Friday it
will be every Fridays so here we go
today we are going to talk about a
rewarding method using stickers yeah
advantages and disadvantages of using
stickers one minute on the clock here we
go
hey do we have a gong and the timer that
will be cool here we go take away you
can put them in your book and your
podcast
you just love them because they're very
colorful cute and they're our kids
favorite cartoons if you have problem
controlling your class they're really
awesome especially if you have shy kids
they're not expensive and it will show
to your school that you're using your
heart and your money and there's a great
diversity of stickers I even find some
which come with the necklace
[Music]
small stickers like these though using
those very small stickers can be really
dangerous any man choose good quality
stickers because some kids love to stick
them on their face mom I was really good
today take them on their clothes I never
know the skin reaction do not give you
stickers at the beginning of the class
if you give it right away too easily
kids will be wow look at my stickers
very good fun oh you're so fat yeah oh
you like that one minute
ESL tip thanks for all of you for being
here and so active in all the polls that
I am sending their community thanks a
lot to all of you I'll see you next
Friday for another 1 minute yourself -
see you guys
hi guys this is my from like Sonia cell
welcome for the second episode of one
minute ESL tip today and we're gonna see
how to start your class it's right now
on one minute
ESL tip so how to start your class it's
right now one minute on the clock here
we go it's your first class it would
probably be a demonstration class what
we call a demo class you would be like
oh my too many kids run bus I need to go
to the bathroom before we start first if
you are too nervous is because you
didn't prepare on time so make sure you
are well prepared and your demonstration
starts when the kids are coming into the
classroom you got a welcome them don't
wait for everybody to be here and start
your class especially if it's a demo
class when kids arrived one by one just
go to the men as them their names
introduce yourself you have time for
that don't do that during the demo cuz
sometimes the kid would be like oh these
can be very scared of you he's gonna be
guys he's so tall so quickly break the
ice so if you're good today I'll give
you this or that come on this is stupid
keeps you have a demo class coming five
minutes before the class is when the
class really starts

part of your ESL lesson plan one minute

plan template I don't really like to use
that term because you know in Chinese
pee meals like the three P's which means
presentation practice production or
production in peers is gonna be more
like a dialogue for groups is gonna be
more a role-playing this part it's time
for the kids to be creative and you can
have a rest yeah two's men during this
part of course you can have a rest but
don't doze off alright good job on next

don't forget to check on the kids
understandings of the lesson you will
need to do this to see what's your next
step might be sometimes during the
