Chinese Factories Collapse: 80% of Orders Gone, No Way to Survive on Domestic Sales!
Chinese business owners lament 80% of orders have stopped and domestic sales cannot replace foreign
sales. Apple's production line is accelerating its move to India but the CCP is using various
tricks to hinder it. Chinese business owners lament 80% of orders have stopped and domestic
sales cannot replace foreign sales. The US-China tariff war is crushing Chinese foreign trade
companies. A carton business owner revealed that 80% of orders have stopped. A blanket factory
owner bluntly said, domestic sales can't save us. Orders are almost impossible to get. Despite the
CCP's push for expanding domestic sales, weak demand, brutal price wars, delayed payments,
and high return rates have only worsened the deflationary spiral. Profits collapse,
wages shrink, and consumption dies. Cartons are consumables. A video shows a carton factory boss
whose main customers, lamp manufacturers, have had 80% of exports wiped out by tariffs. Orders
stopped. Finished products banned from shipping. In the bedding industry, Blanket Brother posted
a video. After 2 p.m., workers sit idle, desperate for work. He said, foreigners buy blankets freely.
Chinese people keep one for years. Domestic sales can't replace exports. We can't survive this way.
To escape high tariffs, many companies turn to the domestic market, only to fall into a bloody
price war fueled by a collapsing economy. A garment factory owner told Reuters, profit per export,
20 RMB, profit per domestic sale, 2 RMB. Fed up with late payments and return demands,
she gave up the domestic market entirely. Tariffs on Chinese exports to the U.S. have
skyrocketed to 245%. The small package tax exemption under $800 has been permanently
scrapped. As U.S. orders plunge, waves of factory shutdowns have swept through China's coastal
regions. Financial host Chen Xuting warned, export manufacturers are collapsing fast.
Shenzhen's e-commerce association president admitted,
factories are halting production for weeks. Dongguan's Dehong electrical shut down for a
month. Hangzhou Stellarm told workers to find new jobs. We are completely powerless. Chen Xuting's
chilling warning, if U.S. tariffs stay high, starting in June, mass bankruptcies will explode
across China's export industries. Apple's production line is accelerating its move to
India, but the CCP is using various tricks to hinder it. As the U.S.-China trade war continues,
Apple is moving its iPhone production lines from China to India. The Chinese Communist
Party authorities are using all kinds of shady means to obstruct it. India currently assembles
about 30 million to 40 million iPhones a year, while Apple sells more than 60 million iPhones
in the United States each year. The Financial Times reported that Apple plans to move all
iPhones sold in the United States to India for assembly by the end of next year,
which means that the number of iPhones assembled in India will nearly double.
The information reported that the CCP's epidemic lockdown that year forced Apple to start moving
its manufacturing business out of China, and the current U.S.-China tariff war has accelerated this
process. Apple's goal is to move about 50 percent of its iPhone production capacity out of China,
but its actions are facing resistance from the Chinese Communist Party authorities.
People familiar with the matter revealed that Chinese Communist Party officials
do not want to see the loss of jobs impact the economy, and local authorities have warned
manufacturers in Apple's supply chain not to cut local jobs. The report said that Apple's
contract manufacturer, Foxconn, applied to transfer equipment for manufacturing iPhones from China
to factories in India, and the approval time was extended from the original two weeks
to up to four months. The Chinese authorities also reject some export applications without
providing any reasons. The authorities specifically review high-precision laser
machines that weld metal parts to the iPhone body frame, the airtight test stations used
to detect waterproof performance, and equipment called chip mounters. After the U.S.-China
tariff war began, all Chinese products exported to the U.S. were once subject to a 145 percent
tariff. In a report, Tianfeng Securities Analyst Ming-Chi Kuo disclosed that,
on April 9, all production lines for assembling U.S. iPhone models in mainland China have been
shut down. Subsequently, the Chinese Communist Party's official media deliberately deleted the
U.S. in the above revelation, twisting it into, all production lines of iPhone models in China
have been shut down, and then solemnly refuted the rumor. Soon after, the U.S. government
temporarily reduced the import tariff on iPhones from China to 20 percent. However, Ming-Chi Kuo
later wrote that it seems that the production plan of the iPhone has not changed much at present.
If the production line dedicated to assembling U.S. iPhone models in China is shut down,
it is estimated that U.S. iPhone models will be completely produced in India,
starting from the second quarter.
80 Million Vacant Homes – China's Real Estate Domino Collapse
Real estate was once one of the key engines of China's economic development,
but in recent years, it has continued to decline and worsen.
Foreign media have reported that there are as many as 80 million vacant houses across China,
and ghost towns devoid of people can be seen everywhere, even in first-tier cities such as
Tianjin. A scholar studying urban planning at MIT bluntly stated that China's real estate
development model has become, like a Ponzi scheme, and will have a huge chain reaction on China.
The question is, in addition to the mainland economy being in recession,
and the Chinese people having no money, where have they gone? Many cities are now much more
deserted compared to a few years ago, and the scenery in many places feels empty and gloomy.
Many rural villages have disappeared, leaving no inhabitants behind.
There are strange things that the Chinese government seems to be hiding.
Newsweek reported that studies have shown that about 70% of household wealth in China
is tied to real estate, as buying additional housing was once widely regarded by the Chinese
as a safe investment. However, the long-accumulated speculative bubble in real estate
has begun to burst in recent years under the government's intensified regulatory crackdowns.
Sarah Williams, an associate professor of technology and urban planning at the
Massachusetts Institute of Technology, analyzed in an interview with Newsweek on March 21st
that China's real estate sector has long been in a state of oversupply.
However, even when real estate development had far exceeded the
saturation point, the Chinese Communist Party government still encouraged developers to
continue building, while banks kept issuing loans for new projects, allowing developers
to use fresh loans to repay old debts. They need a return on investment, so they open up new land
and issue new loans to over-indebted real estate developers, enabling them to use these new loans
to repay previous ones. Sarah Williams stated bluntly,
In short, it's a bit like a Ponzi scheme. The report stated that China's real estate
market effectively froze around 2020. According to statistics, there are approximately 60 million
to 80 million vacant houses across the country, with at least millions of units still unfinished,
commonly known as unfinished buildings, further exacerbating the pressure of China's economic
slowdown. This article highlights several typical examples. Tianjin, one of China's municipalities,
built the Yujiapu Financial District in the early 2010s, promoting it as the Manhattan of China.
The district featured numerous office buildings, wide boulevards and subway stations,
but it never attracted businesses or residents. It remains empty to this day.
Xiongan New District, a project built by Beijing authorities at a cost of 610 billion yuan,
boasts towering buildings, yet its streets remain perpetually empty.
Kangbashi District in Ordos City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,
was designed as a large residential area meant to accommodate approximately 300,000 people.
However, upon completion, its actual occupancy rate was less than 10%. Meanwhile,
those who might have purchased homes for actual living are increasingly frustrated
by the lack of employment opportunities, medical resources, education, and amenities.
Sarah Williams further analyzed that the scattered ghost areas across China
pose the greatest threat to the country's economy. These vacant communities represent
over-investment and misallocated resources, which, in turn, create real risks for people's
livelihoods. Over time, this could trigger a massive chain reaction throughout China's
overall economy. Additionally, it is worth mentioning that Tianjin, often referred to
as Beijing's gateway, began construction in 2008 on a skyscraper called Golden Finance 117,
once touted as the second tallest building in the world. The structure was planned to reach 128
stories and include residential units, a hotel, commercial and office spaces, as well as viewing
facilities. However, this landmark project, once seen as a symbol of China's real estate ambitions,
was halted in 2015 due to a lack of funds. It remains unfinished to this day,
earning the title of the world's tallest abandoned building.
The British Daily Mail previously analyzed in a related report that the Golden Group
originally hoped to use this project to create the New Beijing Tianjin Golden World Plan. However,
due to a lack of government funding and poor market positioning, the building has struggled
to attract its intended high-end clientele. Amid the chaos of unfinished high-rise projects,
the Chinese Communist Party authorities announced in 2021 a ban on the construction of buildings
over 500 meters in height, along with strict restrictions on buildings exceeding 250 meters.
If Golden Finance 117 is ever completed, it will be the last super skyscraper over 500 meters built
in China. Rich people flee China. Du Wen, a former official from Inner Mongolia,
urges and leads the charge. After Du Wen, a former Inner Mongolia official living abroad,
released Breaking the CCP on March 18, he quickly launched a series of activities to
On March 19, he launched the Guide for CCP Officials to Flee Abroad,
to help CCP officials with a conscience flee China. Later, he launched the Roadmap for the
Withdrawal of Investment by the Rich, to help wealthy individuals in mainland China flee the
country. On March 21, Du Wen released a video on his YouTube channel, stating that the practical
guidance of the Roadmap for the Withdrawal of Investment by the Rich in China covers asset
transfer, risk avoidance, and building a new life overseas, helping the wealthy legally and safely
transfer their wealth and relocate. Du Wen pointed out that the assets of the wealthy can be
transferred out of China in stages through legal channels, as well as key issues such as choosing
a refuge country. He also explained some operational details and precautions in the process.
Du Wen specifically mentioned that the wealthy must consider the safety of their families when
fleeing because the CCP often persecutes their relatives to exert pressure on escapees.
He also warned about the CCP's surveillance and kidnapping operations overseas.
From Li Kexing's large-scale withdrawal of investments to the recent wave of exodus,
we can see that the top wealthy individuals in China and Hong Kong are facing unprecedented
choices and challenges. Du Wen stated, he emphasized that for wealthy individuals in
now is the last chance. And the best option is to build a future for themselves and their families
in a safe and free place. If you don't act, your future will be determined by the CCP.
On March 18, Du Wen released a video publishing a breakup letter with the CCP.
He accused the top leaders of the CCP of hating me to the core and persecuting his relatives in
China to pressure him. Du Wen vowed to do everything in his power to overthrow the CCP.
He declared, A letter of separation from the CCP. Xi Jinping, Wang Xiaohong, listen carefully. I am
Du Wen, a thorn in your eyes and flesh. If you have the guts, come at me. What kind of ability
do you have to attack innocent people? Your behavior is despicable, shameless, and disgusting.
Are you still human? Du Wen continued. Today, I want to expose a blatant case of political
persecution to everyone. This is not an ordinary judicial action but an act of revenge against my
relatives, personally ordered and manipulated by Xi Jinping and Wang Xiaohong, who directed the
public security and the court. He claimed that somehow, Deputy Director of the Execution Bureau
of the Hohhot Intermediate People's Court sealed his brother-in-law's property at the request of
the public security authorities. On March 19, Du Wen released another video on his YouTube channel
launching the Guide to the Escape of CCP Officials, bluntly stating that overthrowing the CCP is
urgent. He called it Du Wen's Jedi counterattack, declaring, The CCP confiscated one million from
my family, and I made the CCP lose 10 billion. In the video, Du Wen called out to officials who are
still struggling within the CCP system. He said that times have changed. Today's officials are
walking on thin ice, worried and frightened every day, and it's really hard for officials
to survive. He emphasized that from high-level officials to low-ranking ones, no one is safe.
Du Wen pointed out that under the CCP, some people have mysteriously died in detention.
I have seen too many of them, while others were tortured to death during the double regulation
period. There are many such cases. Hundreds of senior military officials and tens of thousands
of cadres have been arrested, disappeared, committed suicide, or were even forced to
commit suicide under disguise. In the CCP's centralized system, officials live like frightened
birds, and everyone is in danger. Regarding this, Netizen X commented, The CCP has turned China
into a prison full of fear and lies. History has proven that no tyranny lasts forever.
Another added, The CCP's approach to Chinese people who dare to speak the truth is simple.
Discredit their reputation, cut off their finances, and if that doesn't work,
physically eliminate them. 2025 marks the end of the evil party's madness.
Shocking and drastic changes are coming one after another.
