Rare 50 Years Old HONDA CD 175cc – Restoration Part 1

After searching for over 2 years, we finally found the legendary Honda CD200 Road Master, a true classic from the early '80s. In this first episode of the restoration series, we begin bringing it back to life by working on the fuel tank, mudguards, and main chassis. The engine restoration will follow in Part 2, and in Part 3, we’ll assemble the bike and take it for a proper road test.

Story:
This 1982 Road Master was abandoned and in rough shape when we found it last year. Sourcing original parts was a challenge, some came from Japan, others we built ourselves. Along the way, we’ve added modern upgrades like a headlight refresh and an engine enhancement, all while keeping the vintage charm intact.
