I'd say it's doing pretty well We're at ISO 400, 50 frames a second, 4K I'd say that's doing really well And the aperture is on about maybe 3.2 3.5 So yeah, let's up Sorry, let's lower the aperture And bring down the ND I'm just gonna demonstrate that to you now And let's see how it does with 1.7 aperture How's the autofocus doing? Yeah, still really good, really, really good Oh, struggling there as I'm coming out Struggling there Okay, so you know, as I came back, not so good But not bad So the Q3 actually has an incredible amount of color science in there, packed in So you've got 4, 2, 2, 10 bits Which I'm used to using with the cameras I use regularly And we use really great cameras at WEX But what can you do with all of that color information that's packed in there? So with the L-Log, if you're not familiar with log profiles What it basically is, is a very flat image With a hell of a lot of dynamic range So your shadows and your highlights You'll be able to bring up and down Depending on what you need So if I'm shooting that church there And there's a big sun in the background I can bring up the shadows And I can see the church much more clearly Which you wouldn't be able to do if you use something That was like a baked-in look With the color information already there You don't have that versatility And the ability to change it very much So that's actually a fantastic thing And I'm gonna demonstrate to you right now While shooting in this area Some of the different versions of grades that you can achieve If you know a little bit about grading Or you wanna buy a LUT package online So that you can see how versatile the camera is for video So that brings us to the end of this unbelievable trip Three big cities, three days Absolutely insane, loved it So let's talk about the camera Pros and cons, how's it performed And what's the price So the price is, drum roll please £5,300 Now, seems like a little bit much But when you consider that this camera With the body is that much And then if you were to buy the lens by itself That lens is gonna cost you about 5K I've never heard of a deal like that A package deal like that So that's pretty good And obviously, you know, it depends on who this is for So James, this is mainly I would say a photography camera What do you think Yeah, no, definitely With how, yes, it's got great video specs But all of the pros definitely seem to be more On the photography side of things The triple resolution mode was really, really good I think you could How many megapixels is up to you I think that's really nice Not a lot of cameras do that As well as the Summerlux lens I think that is a truly astonishing lens And like we were saying It's about 5 grand just for the lens itself So yes, it does seem expensive But if you compare it to other cameras Like just the overall craftsmanship And the design, the minimalist design of the camera It's just so, so beautiful If you've never used a Leica before Highly recommend coming to maybe one of our stores We have a couple of demonstration units Just to try out Because it's very difficult to put into words What it's like shooting on a Leica It's not like shooting on a Sony Or shooting on a Canon It's such a different experience It's more of a It's all about the experience of a Leica Instead of the actual quality of the images So yeah, love this trip Been really good Venice has been blown by far One of my favourite cities I'm sure you'll agree Absolutely So yeah, highly recommend coming to Venice If you can, especially in this summer I've been James And I've been Luke for Wex Photo Video And we'll catch you guys next time Bye bye
