Bongiorno from Turin, Italy I had my first espresso The weather is beautiful today And I'm gonna show you today How I shoot with 35mm And why I love this focal length so much I'm gonna show you my personal triggers In street photography So what brings me to stop on the street My process of composing a street photo And hopefully a good photo in the end Let's start Oh, and setting-wise I'm gonna use the Sunnyhue 16 today Because it's a really beautiful day So I'm gonna shoot with aperture 11-16 ISO 400 and 500 over a second roundabout I love these old neon signs in Turin They're everywhere And when they're coming with a reflection It's even better So I waited for a few minutes Until this young gentleman came And I really love this photo Here's another neon sign Near one of the main squares of Turin Piazza San Carlo And I didn't have to wait for a long time Until this gentleman Walked into the frame With a very cool hat An old man with a hat Can get even better in street photography So I really must say that Italy Is my favorite country For street photography in the world People are super relaxed Beautiful architecture Great food So many interesting cities Like here in Turin Where I am right now It's less touristy than Venice, for example Or Rome So it's good to know a few words in Italian The people are super relaxed I'm here now for one month And I really love it Many interesting photo exhibitions, museums It's a street photography mecca Please come here and visit And see it for yourself Around the old squares of Turin You have these beautiful light In the colonnades During the whole day I was waiting here For an interesting character And there was this guy with his luggage And I really like this photo Because the guy is in the shadow And his luggage is still in the light Oh, and I'm also thinking of Doing a comparison test Between the Fuji X100V And the Fujinon 23mm On my X-T4 Please write in the comments If you want to see something like this We Turin The light has gotten much better now I think we will get some Beautiful deep shadows today I'm very curious Let's go At zebra crossing in a beautiful light These are always great places For street photography So I stood there and waited As always for an interesting character To walk into my frame Shopping windows are perfect subjects Especially on sunny days I really love this window here It's kind of complex With all the stuff in here And I really like this photo I wanted to experiment With this beautiful strip of light At this huge square I was hoping for a single person Just walking towards this strip of light So I got closer and closer Took some shots on my way Yes, you will say This is a cliché But I think photos like this Still classic And I always love to do them I guess we can compose it Also like this Yeah, there are some people coming Oh, that looks beautiful Yeah, that looks nice This looks nice Now you have the shadows on it as well So maybe you have seen it For me, the trigger is always light Beautiful light Mostly I use the fishing technique Just wait for interesting characters Walk through my frame And while I'm waiting I have the time to adjust my photo And to compose it the way I want it to be I always want to have the leading lines In one corner of the image if possible So I'm trying to put the architecture On the right side The leading lines to the top on the right And the other leading line You see on the bottom left Which is only composed by the light The natural light now It's a normal weekday Oh no, maybe I don't know Maybe this works
