Create an Endless Runner Game Using Python and Pygame! Infinite Obstacle Jumping, Full Game Tutorial

This video shows you how to create an entire endless runner game in python using Pygame! Start to finish this tutorial goes line by line and teaches you everything you need to know whether you are a total Pygame novice or just looking to hone your skills!

We start by defining the game screen and creating dimensions and game variables, setting rgb color values and drawing the game floor. Then we draw the player onto the screen, and create the controls for jumping and lateral back and forth movement using the space key and left and right arrow keys. Then we create a list of obstacles and randomly generate spawn locations for an infinite loop, then we handle restart tracking and score counting!
