I Got Inside A Fleetwood Wingate 2 Bedroom 90's Mobile Home!!!!

donnie oh yes there he is what are you doing man we're up here at an undisclosed location again and we're trying to find us a house and uh we may or may not buy this one so we have some little lots that we put mobile homes on and we've got a couple that we need a mobile home for and there's a mobile home dealer near us that gets all these used mobile homes so it's kind of fun to walk through them and check out what's going on with them people think all we do is walk through these mobile homes running that's not normally what we do normally we work on mobile homes but you know if the channel wants us to go to this hell we got to follow the channel but we normally work on mobile homes put them on one acre lots rent them out to people and then go buy another 1acre lot go buy another beat up trailer put it on there fix it up rent it out so on so forth yes and we got a couple commercial buildings we do too yes so you can go back in channel and look at that or you can keep watching this so this has a sign on it says Windgate by Fleetwood this is a new one that they just brought in we haven't seen this one before it's a little surprise for us this week but they've already spray painted the tongue yep so they've been working on it trying to get her ready to go now they sell these usually as like a rent to own thing to people that don't have a ton of money to put in a house or don't have good credit so right now they're very busy cuz everybody's getting their tax returns back and stuff's flying out going in and out in and out in and out and we don't work for them so we don't care if you buy anything from them or not they're just nice enough to let people come down here and look through their property we do not work for them we're not affiliated with them i do not know how much this thing costs i do not know anything about it other than what you're going to see on this video so let's walk around it first what do you think all right so it's got the little overhang people tell me that means it's the park model Donnie is that what that means no if it's got the two lights on it out here it's the park model okay so you just see the end of it mhm this one's supposed to be set up this way that's why it's got shutters on it okay that makes sense yep a little bit of rust you don't see rust usually on them probably where they had a deck or something that's where they had a deck on the front of it now Donnie I noticed there's a huge board hanging off of it here that ain't no board oh okay got a piece of paneling now people usually we don't alter anything we find he just did that cuz he thought it would look make it look better we're trying to help them all right so the shutters are the same color as the siding which means they probably spray painted it at the same some point one of these things stank uh-huh i'd say it's probably this one doors open this one shut up mhm pretty rough this you don't see too often when does that close yeah so this is going to be a different setup than we usually have something's different yeah that's definitely this one that stinks Donnie donnie is enthralled it's hot yeah it is kind of It's getting It's getting hot all right so let's see here all right had the uh ubiquitous ubi ubiquitous uh dish TV setup there everybody says this tag right here tells you everything you want to know about it let them see that tag it don't tell you anything i see a little cable hook up from where it was installed first time I ever seen that wires for phone here now if you look at the end here folks see the rust on the the beam there okay we'll go back around to the other end all right is this the same color as the other side uh no it's a different color ain't it i think it is let's find where the transition is probably going to be on that other corner well I don't know what's Yeah it's two different it's right here it could be sun faded could be it's It's so perfect i think maybe the sun did it i think it's sun faded yeah if somebody painted it they wouldn't have got that line that straight now the bellies of them are always tore up right here that's where the power lines go in and you got to cut that back to get the pipe up in there and get your power up in there the power box is going to be somewhere in this area here mhm we'll keep walking around it and we'll come back here they just cut the grass off this is a dryer dryer dryer hook up it's got the old old windows uhhuh the metal ones that that screwed on the outside they must have been working on this thing this week because they got ceiling lines and they got ceiling lines it appears this one was pretty clean or you know again people it's all relative but it appears this one was pretty clean when they brought it in so they've just cleaned it up a little bit and they're about ready to sell it that's a bathtub mat uh-huh yes we're going to have a hole in the bathtub it seems like and I think that's the bottom of the bathtub on the end of that line there yeah so pieces of the bathtub are outside donnie was just saying how nice this one went looks good to me so this is the cut off for the AC so this one did have AC at some point at least open that up Donnie see how long ago it looks like that now look there could be a big was nest in here and if they are I'm going yonder way okay nope no wash this is just Yeah there is a wash it's just the disconnect but the the wasp ain't home right now okay was nest right there all right okay what was you going to tell me about these beams up here so Donny's talking about the beams being spray painted if you look they've clearly been spray painted cuz you saw how rusty it is on the other end oh yeah um and you can see right there where they painted it but left the number i don't know what that number symbolizes somebody says it symbolizes the name and the width and the length and all must be registered somehow but that ain't no 42 foot long and it ain't no 92 foot long and it ain't no 23 foot it's a serial number for that frame that damn thing can't mean much it's It's a serial number must be registered somewhere okay folks so we're going to go inside we'll show you what the inside looks like i made it that's a big step look at this you step inside uh-huh did you hear that he's like "Oh boy there's something good." This is the Fleetwood setup we actually see this setup a lot mhm um there's a couple different variations we had one not too long ago Donnie where right there was a door into the the dryer and washer area but on this one I think it's a little different i think this one had air conditioning in this wall over here mhm put air conditioning here and see how the bottom of this wall here is messed up and over here is messed up mhm that's usually a telltale sign that the U air conditioner but something different about this one i don't know that I've seen any that the windows are this high most of them like that yeah that is interesting that is that is different you know that's if you do that it makes you can put a couch there yep so maybe that's the whole point um the ceiling's vaulted and in pretty good shape this one's not in bad shape the floor we haven't fallen through the floor yet although it is the particle board they blowing them up um that board over there if you look so if you compare this to this let's see so here we've got this is original stuff but then you've got this so this entire piece has been replaced um maybe twice um so they've had issues like they always do but let's go this way it's fairly clean what year you going to say right um 90 97 this has been replaced different counter top yep so it's got the cutesy little uh bar here with the curve on it got the pickle bar classic vent line uh range hood it must had a Oh yeah that's been replaced like he said yeah cuz the space is too big like you you don't need that much room for a range at least the range they would put in here um and then it has this little has this little bar area here the uh the sticker ain't going to be here obviously yes cuz it's been replaced yes it looks like the sticker was in the back bedroom but the sticker's gone uh-huh the refrigerator would have been here there's a center block here for some reason donny's playing with the the the stick down the stickies here's the washer and dryer area yeah we did one recently that the there was a doorway there to go out and the washer and dryer actually sat here and it was a Fleetwood because it had the same setup so it must have been very similar um this thing here Donnie is completely fixable i mean it don't need much absolutely i don't like the floors how you know they've probably got soft spots in them so you might have to go through some of that but unless we find something in it's just going to jump out at this one very fixable this uh this is a uh an interesting master bedroom i've never really seen one like this I don't think um it's kind of the whole end of the house look at the vent in the floor in the door vent in the door yep for better circulation um the uh big old closet there hot water heater is over here now look right up there where the sticker was see that sticker pretty big closet and then the master bathroom is at the end and it has a uh a little I don't know what they would call that but it's the wind gate the windgate by Fleetwood big double doors for the master bath i think I have seen one with the double doors like this donny's found the toilet and and the shower and the shower soap still in there need to take a shower old school mhm i tell you what that reminded me of the beach yeah um single vanity but it's a little wider so you got room for your stuff then you got tile storage and stuff and then the garden tub that garden tub's crazy as big as it is right there and there's the little window so there's the windows we were looking at the small one and the big one and it's got the mirrors i don't know why they do that i don't know i guess so you can see if you've got your I think that's maybe that's the Cinderella tub if it's got the mirrors i don't know um I think it's so you can check everywhere make sure you got scrubbed down good so we'll move on down this way watch right there i don't like that story there's a crack in the tile there all the way down i don't like it this has been repaired at some point it's actually plywood so whenever they replaced this they must have replaced the floor that damn nice front door that's an upgrade man yeah they probably put a regular door on there instead of the cheapo plastic still on the hinges that's a nice one all right so what's up so here is where we thought the bathtub was collapsing maybe it did but it was probably an older one um because that one looks fine and that one don't really look that old so maybe they've replaced it i know you can't see because of the lighting but uh it looks like the tub is white and the surround is yellowed is that helping yeah so they've replaced that tub at some point Donnie yep all right so that stuff under it was probably just caught in the belly for years and years and years um what year did we say this thing was another vanity with the rounded corner and then a little medicine cabinet got the old floral wallpaper she does have AC in it i'm going to say 97 AC yeah does it have a date on the uh I've got the date i'm going say I'm going to say 97 you going to say 90 what 97 all right and then this appears to only be a twobedroom and the second bedroom is actually pretty large there's the date um vaulted roof the vaulted roof i call it vaulted it's really just the a the peaked roof of the of the mobile home it's probably cheaper to do it that way but the peaked roof um runs all the way through the mobile home which isn't always like that but all of the rooms are like that um but yeah this is a big This is a big second bedroom this is pretty much Yeah this is pretty much the same size as the master probably 12 by 14 mhm look at that there n December of 95 so this would have been a 96 model look the guy walked right through that window mhm he walked right through there talking about somebody did mhm let's look in this closet here that's your heater door Donnie all right well there you go folks this is the Windgate by Fleetwood two bedroomedroom two bath 96 model property 96 model if you like what you see give us a thumbs up for filming subscribe to the channel if you haven't already and we'll catch you on the next one let me show you another Fleetwood so you can get a little bit of the a similar taste but just a slightly different layout we'll put that video up right here
