Today I visit three wonderful Edinburgh Museums and the City Art Centre - 1. The National Museum of Scotland, Chambers Street EH1 1JF (Free) 2. The Museum of Edinburgh, 142 Canongate EH8 8DD (Free) 3. Surgeons' Hall Museums, Nicolson Street EH8 9DW (£8.50 & £4.50) 4. City Art Centre, 2 Market Street EH1 1DE (Free) 5. The Fruitmarket Gallery, 45 Market Street EH1 1DF (Free) All venues are free to visit (which is amazing!), with the exception of Surgeons' Hall Museums, which currently cost £8.50 for adults and £4.50 children (under 5's free) as of March, 2022. The National Museum, Surgeons' Hall, the City Art Centre (Mimi's Bakehouse) and the Fruitmarket Gallery all have excellent cafes. Please check their websites for opening times and menus before going.
