Well, good afternoon people. We're starting here in the lane. This is Newwood Lane.
We're in Blakedown. We're 15 miles west of central Birmingham. This, by the way, is one of the premier
roads in the whole of the West Midlands region, highly sought after. We're here at Tudor House.
This is a bespoke, grand residence, generous gardens, sumptuously finished.
As you know, I'm a big fan of the entertaining areas and kitchens of the properties that I'm
lucky enough to sell. And here at Tudor House, it definitely will not disappoint.
You have so much space. You've got a beautiful handmade kitchen with granite worktops.
And you've got this great area here for less formal dining. And then you have so many facilities in
here. You've got an agar. You've got some secondary cooking, a gas hob. It's even got a
hot plate to do teppanyaki cooking. You've got a Belfast sink, built-in dishwasher. And you've got
this whole area here with a microwave, coffee machine and a drinks fridge. And then it leads
here today at Tudor House. I'm just at the back of the lawn garden area. What's really nice is
you've got this magnificent copper beech hedge with an archway in. There's a field at the back,
stables, and as you'll see again, these lovely gardens and recreational area at the back of the
house. If we have whetted your appetite, please do come back to my colleague Vanessa Bradford
or myself, Richard Harper, at Finding Country in Worcestershire. Thanks for watching.
