Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel. If you're new here, I'm Caroline and all my videos are
about fitness, nutrition and healthy lifestyle tips. And yeah, today I want to show you guys
my three go-to recipes for green smoothies, especially to reduce bloating and stop cravings.
Because I think if you give your body what it needs in those smoothies, it won't crave it later
during the day. So yeah, you want to make sure you get those green smoothies in and make your
healthy lifestyle journey so much easier. So yeah,
let's get started. I'm going to show you my three go-to easy green smoothie recipes.
So for the first one, we're going to use a third of a big cucumber, one cup of mango,
a few stalks of celery and a big handful of kale. We're also going to add some filtered
still water and blend it up. Water goes in first, so it blends easier.
I use a Vitamix blender. It's my favorite and literally made my healthy lifestyle journey so
much easier. Okay, so number one is ready. This, guys, is the healthiest thing you can possibly
drink. It's full of fiber, vitamins, minerals. It helps your body to get what it needs,
stop cravings. It's so good for digestion, especially if you have an empty stomach. So
typically this is the first thing I have in a day on every day. So let's give it a little taste test.
Okay, let's give it a try.
This is so yummy. You taste no greens at all. The mango makes it super sweet,
so enjoyable. So definitely a hit. Yeah, give this a try. Super, super yummy.
What I also like to do with the rest of the smoothie is I put it in a glass bottle and I
keep it for later during the day. So yeah, when I come home, I have something healthy to drink.
A good thing you can't even be a prep. Let's go to number two.
For the second one, we're going to use a big head of French crisp lettuce, one bowl of papaya,
which is so good for digestion. It's really rich in enzymes. One juice of a big lemon,
one piece of an organic aloe vera leaf. Again, really good for digestion and to fight bloating.
And one cup of broccoli. It's really high in protein. And just to sweeten it up a little,
three metro dates. Okay, so again, we start with the water to make it much easier to blend.
So for the aloe vera, we want to cut up the skin. You can actually eat it. It's very bitter though.
So yeah, I prefer to only use the gel inside. So it's super easy. So yeah, you can easily cut
out the gel. So this is what we want. This is what's so good for digestion and hydration and
everything. Perfect. Let's go blending. Number two is ready. So this is a really great post-workout
smoothie. Good for digestion. I promise you, it's super yummy as well. So let's give it a test.
Oh my God, this one is so sweet. Three metro dates and papaya make it really sweet. So good.
Oh my God, this one is really super, super delicious. I mean, it's so good for you,
for your skin, for digestion, protein, everything. So number two is also a hit.
For our third green smoothie, we're going to use a bunch of organic Swiss chard, super colorful
and so high in vitamins and minerals. A bowl of frozen strawberries, a bowl of frozen raspberries.
This makes the smoothie super creamy and gives it a really nice cold flavor. A few stalks of
organic celery and again, a third of a big cucumber. So this is smoothie number three.
Let's blend it up. Let's do number three. Swiss chard is so healthy and if I wouldn't put it in
my smoothies, I wouldn't really eat it. So green smoothies are also a great way to get more greens
in that you wouldn't usually eat in salads or other recipes. Because yeah, as you know,
with the fruits and stuff, you don't really taste the greens anyways. Frozen strawberries.
I love frozen fruit in smoothies because it just makes the texture super creamy and just
super, super yummy. The cucumber, celery and that's it. Let's blend it up.
Number three is ready. Don't be turned off by the color. It's super, super yummy and just
because of the berries, it's turning a little like a different kind of green.
This is almost like a creamy smoothie shake, milkshake-ish texture.
This is almost my favorite because of the frozen fruit. The texture is so good and
so refreshing. So yeah. So those are my top three easy go-to green smoothie recipes,
which are so great for digestion and to stop craving because they're super high in nutrients
and minerals. Your body will automatically crave less junk food or unhealthy stuff if you give it
what it needs in those green smoothies. And I also made sure they're all without banana. I mean,
I personally love bananas. I know a lot of you guys wanted some recipes without bananas. So
those are three amazing green smoothie recipes, which are all without bananas. They taste amazing.
You don't even taste the greens. So I hope you guys enjoyed watching. I hope you found it helpful
