Attracting Hummingbirds

The first hummingbird feeder I bought years ago didn't have any yellow on it, but yellow jackets kept chasing the hummingbirds away from it. They found the nectar, yellow color or not. So, I learned that the hummingbird feeders with beeguards stop the yellow jackets from reaching the nectar and they don't return, so the hummingbirds are no longer chased away from their feeders. I only buy the one type of feeder anymore because it always has the bee guards on it, and lol, they are yellow. Whatever.......they work great.
