So what's going on, gas gang. Today we're back lining up savage cars and killer bikes in an all-out tear-up to see who's fastest.
Today it's Ferrari vs Porsche vs BMW. And it's gonna be sick, so stay tuned and let's get it.
Welcome to Officially Gap.
Let's get it.
For the best in universal premium ester-containing engine oils and fuel additives for both petrol and diesel engines, check the links in the description.
So welcome back to the OG Battles here at the mighty Manor Battlegrounds, where we pull up and race for the culture.
And today we've got three ballistically fast different vehicles stepping up to go head-to-head.
In one corner, we've got a mental hybrid hypercar. In the other, a mad full bolt-on supercar. And in the other, a rapid tuned litre superbike.
And today, we're gonna see what happens when three different worlds collide.
And in partnership with Race Logic, we're gonna be carrying out two sets of races.
First up today, it's a quarter mile roll race. Next up, it's a drag race to the quarter mile.
All races are best of three and the V-Box Performance Box Touch will be recording data such as 0-60s, quarter mile times and more to give you guys the stats on how this savage trio perform.
Let's get over and meet the builds and their owners.
So first up today, introducing Neil to the battles.
Piloting his monstrous 2023 1,000bhp 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 tri-motor hybrid-assisted Ferrari SF90 Spider.
Now Neil's SF90 is still actually bone stock, but from factory, produces around 770bhp from its twin-turbo V8 and an additional 230bhp from its hybrid motors,
creating an extreme all-wheel drive 1,000bhp off-the-shelf weapon that's at Ferrari's forefront of modern technology and is notoriously known for its insane performance.
And he's going to be stepping up against and welcoming Justin to the battles, repping for the bike community on his savage 2020 210bhp 1,000cc inline four-cylinder BMW S1000 RR M Sport.
Mods, coming up.
And last but not least, they're both going to be stepping up against me, Jamie.
In my 2021 1,090bhp 3.8-litre flat-six twin-turbo powered 992 Porsche 911 Turbo S.
Built by ES Motor UK and tuned by the legend Emre Levent from ES Motor.
Mods, coming up.
So first up today is the roll races.
But before we get cracking, let's get a couple of sound checks.
OK, so let me know who just won the sound check.
The bike's naturally aspirated inline four, the Turbo S's twin-turbo flat-six or the SF90's V8 twin-turbo.
Right, bro, how do you reckon you're going to get on today, then?
I'm going to try and go for first place.
OK.
But I think a second.
OK.
A second.
In a roll and a drag?
The roll, I'm going for first.
OK.
But first, I'm going to try and go for second.
OK.
OK, all right.
It will be hard.
You know what I mean?
All right, Jamie, let's see what this Porsche's got.
I've got to back the Ferrari, haven't I?
I think I've got you on both, mate.
Let's go.
Ah, guys.
Pressure.
Fast, fast bike and a fast, fast production car.
An SF90, four-wheel drive, hybrid motor on air and everything.
But come on.
I believe in the ES car.
It's going to be my first race at this power, too.
So things will be very, very interesting.
Let's see how we get on.
So, yeah, if I was going to...
I don't know.
I reckon I'm going to have the bike on the roll.
Just.
SF90.
I'm going to say I might just have the SF90.
I don't know.
Actually, I don't know.
This is going to be close.
This is going to be really interesting.
Really interesting.
Or if we were...
I'm not 100% sure.
It looked like it.
But, God.
I got out in front there.
I got out in front.
I thought they would trouble me a little bit more.
But...
Yo, Neil.
What are you saying, bro?
What are you saying?
No.
I could have done better.
I could have done better than that.
We need to go again.
Shout out to the biker, though.
Because I saw when he got on it,
the front wheel come up.
He's having to dive.
There's a lot more going on on that bike.
And, yes, I know.
We just press and go in these cars.
But it's still amazing how fast they go.
To beat a litre superbike,
a fast-tuned litre superbike in a car
is no easy feat.
And I just...
I just done it.
It's all...
It's all gappy starny all of a sudden.
It's all gappy starny.
Let's go, lads.
He's going to jump.
I'm not sure you got second place there.
I'm not sure.
But the bike looked spicy that time.
No.
I messed it up again, mate.
We've got to go again.
What are you saying?
You messed up a gear change?
Yeah, my gear changes are absolutely awful.
Why don't you let the car change gear for you?
I'll try auto this time.
I got you.
That's half a million pound car.
We're going to do one more roll race
because he messed up his gears, he said.
So we'll do one more roll race.
That was quick that time.
I saw you.
He's holding it.
Come on, 2-0.
But you know what?
We'll run it back.
We'll do another one for nil.
In the SF90.
I won a fair race.
This car moves different.
The bike held on stronger there.
That looked like a very close race
between the SF90 and the bike.
That was sick.
He's riding the hell out of that bike too, man.
That's incredible.
I beat him.
You beat me.
All right, you still got me.
But that was a lot closer.
Yeah.
Yeah, yeah.
The second one, I kept it down.
Yeah.
Closest, yeah.
And in a final decider,
it's a lot tighter.
But the Turbo S takes the win once again,
beating the BMW to the line
by around two car lengths.
The Ferrari comes third
around two car lengths behind the bike.
Mad.
OK, so taking a look at the fastest,
100 to 200 kph times
during the runs using a V-Box PBT.
True to the race results,
the 911 Turbo goes fastest,
going 100 to 200 kph
in just 3.98 seconds.
The S1000RR proves second fastest,
recording a 4.23-second
100 to 200 kph run.
And not too far off pace,
the Ferrari runs a best time
of 4.48 seconds.
However, we're all just off pace
to chart amongst the Elite 15.
But that's data
to back up the results.
And round one goes to me
and the mighty 911 Turbo S.
Let's go.
Next up, it's the drag races.
And with two four-wheel drive cars
lining up,
Justin's got his work cut out.
Place your bets and let's race.
I ain't looking forward to this race.
Not looking forward to this.
or I was a bit early.
Yeah, you jumped it a bit,
didn't you?
I jumped that, didn't I?
Wasn't I?
You reckon I was bang on, yeah?
Yeah?
All right.
Then you said I was bang on.
Come on.
And in a mad first race
down the strip,
I take the win by a bus length.
However, it's up for debate
whether I went just a tad early
or if I've just got
Spiderman-like reactions.
But I'll leave it to you guys
to decide.
Let's line back up and go again.
It kind of just...
It's like it spun up the wheel so much
the traction control's not on,
but it kind of cut in.
Neil, you got me, you cheeky boy!
You got me!
What's that? 1-1?
Yeah, Neil, my car
done something mad, didn't it?
But the boys said
I didn't actually jump the first one,
so it's 1-0.
We go again, yeah?
And oh, no.
That time, the SF90
takes the win, beating me
by three car lengths.
Mad.
I managed to just take second position,
beating the bike
by around three car lengths.
Okay, so,
things just got interesting.
Let's line back up for a decider.
Let's go!
just jittered around a little bit there.
It didn't feel like
it was as strong as it usually is.
But, man, it put on a show
on that last race, for sure.
It was...
It was super fun.
Bro, that was a good one.
That was...
That was absolutely perfect.
That was a good race.
Bro, that was...
That was close as hell.
Close...
Too close for comfort
in my books.
Yeah, I thought
I was going to have you there,
but you just edged ahead at the end.
And in an epic last race
down the strip,
my Turbo S
just manages to pull out front
and snatches the win
by around a car's length.
Mad.
The bike comes last
around three to four car lengths
behind the SF90.
And that was all she wrote.
You can't put the power down
off the line.
Bro, that's...
That's it.
I thought it would go that way
on the launches,
but on the rolls, man...
Yeah.
It was closer.
Yeah.
Big nil.
Come on.
Making me sweat in that run.
So, let's take a look over
at the fastest quarter-mile
and 0-60 times achieved
during the runs
using a V-Box PVT.
And once again,
my Turbo S manages
the fastest time
covering the quarter-mile
in just 9.40 seconds
at a speed of 151 mph
and drops into
a joint tenth position
on the leaderboard.
The SF90,
not far off pace,
manages a rapid 9.68 quarter-mile
at a speed of 146 mph.
The S1000RR
covers the distance
in 10.30 seconds
at a speed of 146 mph
and drops into
an impressive
third position
on the Bike Plus leaderboard.
Then taking a look over
at the fastest 0-60 times achieved,
once again,
the Turbo S proves the fastest
but only just,
hitting 60 in a mind-bending
2.19 seconds
and I drop into
fifth position
on the leaderboard.
The SF90 runs a rapid
2.21 seconds
and drops in right behind me
in sixth position
on the leaderboard.
The bike manages
an impressive 0-60 time
of 3 seconds flat
and drops into
an impressive third position
on the Bike Plus leaderboard.
And it looks like
both rounds go to me
and the mighty 911 Turbo S.
Let's go!
So today,
we lined up three rapid
but very different builds
and the races
did not disappoint.
The Turbo S shows incredible pace
on the rolls and the drags,
recording strong times in both
and taking most first-place wins,
showing just what's possible
when a Turbo S
is built and tuned right.
The SF90 demonstrates
mind-blowing,
out-of-the-box performance,
most impressively on the drag races,
taking a victory
and making me sweat on the others.
Just imagine
if that Ferrari was tuned.
The S1000RR
runs faultlessly,
with Justin
riding the hell out of it
to keep the front wheel
on the ground,
putting on a good show
on the rolls
and recording strong times
in the process.
The bike's one-wheel drive
versus the car's four-wheel drive
on the drags
just seem to be outgunned today.
But he still charts high
against other bikes
recording strong times
on the bike leaderboards.
A massive shout-out
to both lads
for stepping up
and putting on a show
for the culture.
And with that said,
guys,let me know down below
