Small, Modern House on Narrow Plot | 2 Bedrooms (860ft²)

In this video, we present an inspiring project of a small, modern house, built on a narrow plot. A true design challenge that resulted in a functional and cozy home.

Smart Solutions for Compact Spaces:*

• Internal Patios: With lush vegetation, they transformed the house, bringing natural light and ventilation to all rooms. In addition to creating a haven of peace and views of the garden, they guarantee privacy to the rooms.

• Multifunctional Laundry Room: It was strategically positioned at the entrance, serving as support and storage, with cabinets planned to optimize every inch.

• Integration and Separation: Explore the patio of the social area, which creates a subtle separation between the living room and the kitchen, maintaining the visual connection between the spaces.

• Multifunctional Shelf: A unique shelf, which extends from the entrance hall to the kitchen, houses storage spaces, a hidden TV and an upholstered bench for the dining room, all in perfect harmony.
