people wearing it um great great quality um they do a great job over at Guardian and to match that we uh have the Guardian uh leg guard same thing they did a great job with this um working on it um pretty new um and y'all can go buy these and again to match the set we have um the Guardian sliding mitt uh this is the newer model it is one of the short sliding mitts um slides right on super easy to use it's lightweight they have a great colorway next up we got the Evo Shield Shinuards shout out Andy Parton uh for these um US does a great job able to mold it to my body and uh Dirt Bags Baseball for uh helping out with these and now we got the chest guard um they did a great job on the second gym version of this there's a lot more padding on it um whenever you get hit it doesn't feel they did a great job and then this is one of the training items I use for catching um I use it a ton it's a 44 uh catcher training mitt um it's a lot smaller than my game glove it's 28.5 in but I use it pretty much every day whenever I'm warming up or during practice i even catch bullpens with this sometimes um so it's super important for me next up we got plyio balls um for taking care of your arm um for training for catching purpose and then even for this one to hit with uh these are super important especially behind the plate training your speed with your glove and getting your move faster um for behind the plate so you can get those strike calls next up we got yoga bands these are super important for me for my health i use them for my upper body and my lower body especially being a catcher your hip strength is super important so these help keep me healthy keep me on the field and I value these a lot next up we got these cleats um they're Veterans Day cleat uh they're super comfortable found these on eBay honestly but I think they're super cool i haven't I've not seen these before so um I thought these are super cool great eBay find right here next up we have uh the forearm roller this is super important uh grip strength is super important so I do I use this every single day almost um I always keep this in my bag um you can put weight on it and it it's super important for grip strength next up we have blood flow restrictors and for me taking care of my body is super important so these help me get blood flow whenever my arm gets sore um after a long game I always make sure to do um my exercises with these on my arms so that I get blood flow help recover and that way I feel better the next day or for the game that we have the next day this one's super valuable to me uh this what I use while I catch um got to keep the hand protected but I've used this glove for a while so I always keep it in my bag so that I have it whenever I catch last up we have the big plyio ball um again same thing as the other ones but this I do this with the blood flow uh restrictors a lot to help my arm stay healthy and to do any arm care work stuff like that and last up we have Dovetail bat training bats this is a 34x 43 um I swing these every day while I warm up um they did a great job with this helps train bat speed i hit off the hack attack with it um good for barrel control and then next up I have the same thing but this one's a 34 37 so you can use this while you're training BP you can use this all you can honestly use this off live pitching if you really wanted to um but they did a great job with this it's super important to train bat speed and barrel control and these do a great job with that we got Louisville Slugger Atlas um super balanced bat um that's pretty much all I swing are balance bats and one pieces um so uh I really like this bat it's a 33inch bat um this is an older model uh it's super hot still in my opinion i use it all the time bigger one uh pretty standard color way um they have multiple different colorways though uh super uh fast on and off time to make sure you get it on in time at first base and then we got uh the Guardian uh headband uh I wear this uh during practice while I play um super new i've never really wore headbands before um but I definitely wear them now they do a great job with this we got pre-workout super important to me i enjoy caffeine uh I like being hyped up uh we like to play with a ton of energy as a team that's the goal every game no matter who we're playing um to compete the best we can and um this definitely helps me helps get me going um get the heart rate going get warmed up and I'm Will Holden and this was what's in my bag [Music]
