• Even after extensive shadow work and meditation, my finances are worsening, and I’m overwhelmed by emotional triggers. Can you help me explore the healing path for me in this situation of my financial struggles and emotional triggers?
• Should I focus solely on the 2-5-seconds technique as my spiritual practice, or should I also incorporate other practices like chanting mantras? Is the 2-5-seconds method the absolute highest and most intimate technique for connecting to God/the I Am?
• My inner experience is already very intense, so the idea of increasing intensity in life brings up fear in me. Any advice on how to reframe my assumptions that it could cause destruction or I could do something "wrong" if I allow this intense energy to come out?
• If my core self never changes, why do I need to pursue any mission or accomplish anything?
• I noticed I still have a desire to appear a certain way and control my image. I became aware of frozen parts in my energy field when you spoke more critically. Is this just revealing pre-existing frozen parts of my free will?
• I notice I revert back to a more tactical, mental approach despite periods of embodying the teachings. How can I change my approach from the normal, linear approach into a state of total trust and joy?
