Brand New House Tour In Texas With Acreage!

Hey, what's going on YouTube family and God bless you on another precious day. Thank you for tuning in. And of course, welcome back to the Millennium Realty Group luxury home showcase channel. My name is Aaron Fernandez and I'm the CEO of Millennium Realty Group. And today on this episode, I am visiting New Braunfels, Texas and the surrounding areas. Now, New Braunfels is a city perfectly located in between both San Antonio and Austin, Texas, which gives anyone who chooses to live here a short commute to all of the value that both major cities have to offer. Now, that being said, New Braunfels is also a beautiful city with a tremendous amount of entertainment, shopping, restaurants and theaters in addition to having its stunning natural beauty all around it, like the Comal and Guadalupe rivers. New Braunfels also has a vast amount of new construction communities with thousands of homes available. So anything that you're looking for in your next home regarding the style, floor plan or price range, this city will have just about everything that you could want. Now, the community that I'm in today is an extremely well-established master plan community. Known for the best amenities in the Hill Country, you'll find four enormous and refreshing pools, a pool for young children, a lazy river, children's playgrounds, five miles of maintained walking trails, a fitness club, baseball fields, basketball and tennis courts, a Tuscan clubhouse and a busy calendar of year round activities and special events for all ages. So this community has so much unparalleled value because of its incredible array of features offering just about anything that you could imagine. Now, the custom builder who designed the home that I will be showcasing today is a true 100% custom home builder, which means that they do not build the same home twice. So you're going to notice an incredible attention to detail and a brilliant artistic look inside and outside of this home. Now, pricing for this builder varies depending on the size of the homes, the floor plans, the upgrades and the additions. So pricing is gonna start out at around the $1 million price range and it will go up from there depending on the custom design of the home. Beginning from the outside of the estate on your screen, this home gives off a captivating and sophisticated curb appeal with its modern elegance and contemporary design. The black stucco and the white stone appearance of the home is not only visually and aesthetically appealing, but also exudes a boldness that sets this home apart and reflects a confident architectural statement. Looking closer at the refined details of the home, you're going to notice the many expansive windows surrounding the entirety of the home that give the inside a blurred boundary between the indoors and the outdoors of the property. Sitting on the inside of this home will feel as though you are connected with the surrounding environment, which will be both refreshing and invigorating. Now, this residence is a four bed, three and a half bath home with an indoor sauna. The home has an office or a study, a game room, a media room. It has a stunning open concept floor plan with an incredibly large gourmet kitchen. The home has over 4,000 square feet, a four car garage and is priced between the middle to high $1 million price range. Now, be sure to watch this video all the way to the end because the end of these videos is always the best part where I will be sharing some great news and you're not gonna wanna miss out on what the great news is. Now, before we enter into the home, if you do enjoy the content that I upload every single week and you would like to continue seeing marvelous homes and mansions all over Texas, please give me a huge help by liking this video, commenting below and subscribing to the channel. Now, last thing, my company assists our clients with relocation services. So if you're going to be relocating to Central Texas from outside of the city or outside of the state and you need to sell your home before you buy the next one or just sell your home in general, give me a call, send me a text or send me an email and I would be delighted to assist you in selling your existing home. Now, without further ado, let's go take a look on the inside of this prestigious home. As soon as you walk through your dual French door luxury grand entrance, you step into a beautiful, luxurious, long walkway that's gonna be leading the way into your main living areas. On the left side and the right side of this long hallway, you're gonna have these oversized windows that are gonna be letting in a lot of gorgeous and bright natural sunlight, which is really gonna be brightening the entirety of this walkway area. Continuing down the hallway here, you do see you are gonna have the lighting fixtures on the right and on the left side, which once again are gonna be leading your way all the way to the end of your main living area on the backside, where you're gonna have all of those oversized windows where you can see the beautiful, gorgeous backyard and right behind that, the Texas Hill Country. Starting with the front of the home here, the flooring here is going to be your ceramic tile flooring in the wood style. So you're gonna have this gorgeous flooring all throughout the entirety of the home in all of your common areas, with the exception of your bedrooms. Now the ceilings here are going to be very large. These are going to be your 15 foot ceilings and you are gonna have these very pretty lighting fixtures. Once again, they're gonna be leading your way into your main living area. And of course, once you get into the main living area, the ceilings do go to 25 vaulted feet. Now, going in a little bit further, we're gonna step foot into your breathtaking living room area. And just take a look at how gorgeous this entire space is. So of course, this is going to be a very open concept floor plan. And let's go ahead and begin right over here in the living room. So of course, the first thing to notice is going to be your vaulted 25 foot ceilings. You are going to have the floating exposed beams at the top, the wooden beams, large fan right in the center of the room, which is gonna tie everything together. And take a look at all of the oversized windows that are surrounding the entirety of your living room space that's gonna be letting in all of that beautiful and bright natural sunlight that's gonna be brightening the entire area. The living room also has the built-in fireplace over here on the back wall. And you're gonna get a gorgeous gray neutral color ceramic tile that's gonna go all the way to the ceiling. The living room itself is going to be extremely large. So I'm gonna go ahead and stand right over here in the corner, just so you can see how large this entire space is. You're gonna have plenty of space for all of your furniture and to design this space however you would like. You're also gonna have the accent windows right above the oversized windows, which just like the windows, of course, on the bottom are gonna be letting in that extra natural sunlight which brightens up the room. Now, right behind the living room area is going to be your very open concept kitchen. And just take a look at how much space that you're getting all throughout the entirety of your kitchen area. Just like in the living room, you are gonna have the floating exposed beams at the top, which give it that gorgeous character that you love to see on these custom homes. You are gonna have the two lighting fixtures which are gonna be right above the center oversized island. And just take a look at the beautiful material that the builder is using for the island. So you're gonna have the quartz countertops and you're gonna have these gorgeous veins running all throughout the entirety of the countertop. So you're gonna have this very luxurious design on the center island here. And then of course, on the back countertops towards the back wall right over there. Now, of course, you do have extra seating on the back of the island right here that the builder has put for if you're ever having a get together or extra guests at your home. So you're gonna have plenty of space for all of your guests to sit. You do have a formal dining right over here on the backside. You have the cathedral ceiling right here with the exposed beam at the top, Reese's can lighting and your chandelier lighting fixture right in the center as well. Now, right behind the formal dining, this is gonna be a built-in bar area. So you do have the built-in shelving, built-in mini refrigerator at the bottom and the quartz countertops with those veins running through just like you have in the kitchen area right over here. So coming back over here to the backside, this is going to be your butler's pantry. So just like in the kitchen, once again, you're gonna have the quartz countertops and then you do have these beautiful tiles that do go all the way to the ceiling all along the entirety of the backside of this butler pantry. So you do have the built-in cabinets here. These are going to be your oversized cabinets with the glass inserts in the front to add that extra decorative look. And of course, lots of cabinet space. Take a look at how much cabinet space that you're getting all throughout the entirety of this kitchen area. Now, right over here, you are gonna have more of the quartz countertops with the matching backsplash as well. So this goes all throughout the entirety of the backside of the kitchen. Now, of course, this is a gas community. So you do see that you have the six burner gas range right here with the vent hood at the top, which is going to be covered once again with the quartz material. You are gonna have your stainless steel appliances. You're gonna have your dual built-in oven right over here. Oversized sink, dishwasher right here. And take a look, take note of the transition of color between this gray center island with the cabinets. And then of course, your lighter wooden cabinets over here on the backside. So once again, the transition of color is gonna add so much extra character to this kitchen area. It's one of those things that you love to see. Now, of course, the question that you're gonna be having is, okay, you get a lot of kitchen space, but of course, where is the pantry? One of the beautiful custom things that I've seen only on one other builder, but take a look at this. This is going to be a seamless pantry where you can open up this cabinet right here. And this is going to be the entryway into your five tier walk-in pantry. And so you're gonna get a huge amount of space all throughout this built-in pantry area. This is one of the coolest features that I've seen on just about any home is to have a seamless built-in pantry built into the cabinets to where you don't just have an awkward door on the back. Now, of course, in addition to the built-in pantry, you are gonna have the built-in refrigerator and freezer right here. So everything just flows very luxuriously well all throughout the entirety of your kitchen area. Now, of course, in this home, you're gonna have two wings. You're gonna have the right wing and the left wing. So the left wing going over that way towards the back of the kitchen is going to be where the master suite is gonna be. But so we're gonna go ahead and start over here on the right wing, which is gonna be where the secondary bedrooms are going to be. Right before we enter into the second wing, take a moment to notice how beautiful the oversized windows leading into your backyard are. So like I had mentioned, you are gonna be letting in all of that gorgeous and bright natural sunlight, but you're gonna get a breathtaking view of your backyard area. And of course, the green belt right behind that. Now, right over here on the right side going down this hallway, this is going to be the entryway into your first half bathroom. So you are gonna have the standalone sink right here, a gorgeous backsplash on the back wall, oversized mirror, and the two very pretty lighting fixtures right above the sink. Going further in this way, this is going to be the entryway into your very first bedroom. And one of the things that I noticed in this bedroom, take a look at how much space that you're getting all throughout the entirety of this bedroom. It's a very uniquely floor planned bedroom, because you do have the cutout right over here for an extra seating area, which leads into your walk-in closet. Now, this is going to be a two-tier walk-in closet. You are gonna have the built-in cubby right over here on the left side for storage. And you do have the built-in shelves for storage right above the clothes rack. So right in this cutout right here, you can see the builder has opted to make this into kind of like a small reading area. And right across from that is going to be your connected full bathroom. So you do see you have the standalone sink right there, quartz countertops, built-in cabinets right at the bottom. You do have the wood-trimmed oversized mirror with the Rhesus can lights at the top. You're also gonna have the seamless shower with the backsplash, that very gray, beautiful neutral backsplash that is gonna go all the way to the ceiling as well. And one of the very custom and very necessary things that I love that the builders do is they are gonna give you a cutout right here to where you can store all of your soaps, shampoos, lotions, and whatever it is that you would need. But this is a gorgeous five-foot wide shower design with a beautiful transition of color between your ceramic tile wood flooring and this gray neutral tile. Coming back out into the hallway, we're gonna go a little further in. You are gonna have a storage area right here. So built-in cabinets. You're gonna have an extra storage closet right here. This is, of course, where the builder does keep all of their plans, but you can see just how deep this closet here goes. And then, of course, right here is going to be the entryway into your game room. So you are gonna have the dual barn doors, one on the right and one on the left, that gives you a gorgeous grand entrance into your game room. And just take a look at how stunning this entire space is. You do have the custom ceiling at the top with the floating beams. Lots of space, and of course, this room could be just about anything. You could make this into a movie room, a video game room, a game room like the builder has done here. Beautiful designs and accents over here on the back wall with the built-in shelving. And of course, you do have a built-in bar on the backside with a built-in mini fridge over here at the bottom. You're gonna get a different design of your quartz countertops here, and then a very reflective, beautiful backsplash that does go all the way to the ceiling. Now, you do have oversized windows, just like in the living room, which once again are gonna be letting in all of that bright and beautiful natural sunlight, which is gonna brighten the whole area and give you, once again, those breathtaking views of your backyard area. Exiting the game room over here and then taking a left, this is going to be the entryway into the second bedroom. And once again, just like the first, you're gonna get a very generous amount of space all throughout the entirety of this room. And just like in the first bedroom, like I said over there, this is a very unique styled floor plan. So this is gonna be a Jack and Jill connection with the second and third bedroom. So you're gonna have the standalone sink right here, oversized mirror with the Reese's can lighting at the top. You do have the walk-in closet right here, the two-tier walk-in closet with the built-in shelving. Cubby space right over here on the left side. Coming back over here to the sink, these are gonna be your quartz countertops. And I'm loving the color that the builder has put on these cabinets here. This is gonna be your royal blue color with the bronze handles. Coming over this way, this is gonna be the connection for the Jack and Jill bathroom, built-in cabinets right here. You do have the other standalone sink right over there. And then coming around this corner is going to be the entryway into the shower. And so you get ultimate levels of privacy in this Jack and Jill bathroom, even though that you're gonna be sharing it with the third bedroom. You do have the bench seat right over here in the shower as well. So coming back around this corner and going into this hallway, this is going to be the other side of the Jack and Jill bathroom. So another standalone sink with the royal blue built-in cabinets at the bottom, oversized mirror with the three Reese's can lighting at the top, and right behind that is going to be your two-tier walk-in closet with the built-in shelving and the cubby over here on the left side. And then this would be the entryway from the bathroom into the third bedroom. So once again, a very generous amount of space in the room. Oversized window over here on the back wall that's gonna be letting in that bright natural sunlight. And I'll turn around right over here so you can see this is gonna be, of course, the hallway that led to the third bedroom, where the second bedroom is here, the third bedroom is right down that hallway. Now, right in the center between the two bedrooms is going to be another closet for storage. Now we're gonna be heading our way on the opposite end of the home, which is going to be the left wing of the home, which connects the master bedroom and the office area. So right down this hallway right here, this is going to be the entryway into your office area. So you're gonna get a very generous amount of space, lots of space for you to put a desk and furniture, bookshelves or whatever it is that you would wanna decorate in this area. And right over here, you do have a closet as well, an extra large closet for your office area. Another closet space for storage. And then going down this right hallway here is going to be your grand entrance into your master bedroom. And just take a look at how gorgeous this entire space is. So you're gonna have a vast amount of space in your master bedroom. You do have the custom tray ceilings at the top with the oversized fan, racist can lighting at the top with the speakers for music. You do have the built-in fireplace over here on the back wall. And of course, this is not just an electric fireplace, but it does let out heat as well. You have a cutout right here in the center for decoration or for a TV if you opted to do that. Oversized windows all along the back wall of the room. That's gonna be like the other rooms, letting in all of that bright natural sunlight, which is gonna brighten the entire space. Now, of course, this is a king size bed. And so you can see just how much space on the left side and the right side that you're gonna have for furniture or decoration, in addition to what you have over here on the back wall, where they have put extra seating with all of the extra space you get in the room. Now, of course, connected with your master bedroom is going to be your master bathroom. And you're gonna have a beautiful transition of color between your ceramic tile wood flooring, and then this black and white ceramic tile that's gonna be going all throughout the entirety of your bathroom area. Now, I can tell you that this is probably gonna be one of your favorite parts to look at, cause it was my favorite part to look at. Take a look at how gorgeous this master bathroom is. You're gonna have the circular ceiling at the top with a gorgeous lighting fixture right in the center of the room. You're gonna have the dual his and her vanity, one over here on the right side, oversized mirror, three Reese's can lights at the top. And then on the opposite side, right over here, this is probably gonna be the lady's side because of all the extra counter space. The second vanity, lots of counter space, lots of cabinets for storage, oversized wood trim mirror, Reese's can light at the top. Right in the center over here, you are gonna have your bowl bathtub. So it is in a bowl shape, that's why they call it that. Circular ceiling at the top, beautiful lighting fixture right in the center, surrounded by oversized windows where you can take a look at your backyard gorgeous property. Right behind me over here, this is going to be the entryway into your walk-in shower. So you do have the original shower head with the handheld shower right over there on the right side and the rainfall shower right on the ceiling over here. Beautiful flooring on the bottom as well. In addition to the very neutral backsplash that you have going all throughout the entirety of your shower, that does go all the way to the ceiling. And of course, you are gonna have the cutout right here for your shampoos, your soaps, and your lotions. Now, this is one thing that I haven't seen in a home before and I'm very excited to show it to you guys. The builder on this home here has actually put in a sauna room. So take a look. This is a place where you would be able to hang out and to enjoy a beautiful, relaxing sauna. Another really cool thing that the builder has done in this master bathroom is they've put a small coffee bar right here. So you can just imagine yourself getting up in the morning, coming in here and brewing yourself a cup of coffee as you're gonna be getting ready for your day. Right over here is gonna be another closet for storage, a linen closet. And then of course, connected with your master bathroom is going to be your master closet. So coming into the master closet right over here, you are gonna have a two-tier master closet. You do have the built-in cubbies right over here on the right side. You have the built-in shelving right above the clothes rack. And then of course, on this other side over here is going to be additional built-in cubbies and additional space for your clothes right over here. So another two-tier closet on this side with the built-in shelves at the top and a shoe rack right over here on the left side, right behind this wall. Now, another really cool thing is of course, your master closet is connected with your laundry room. So you are gonna have a huge amount of space in your laundry room. Built-in cabinets right over here, these are gonna be your 42-inch cabinets with your crown molding at the top. You have an oversized sink right over here on the backside. Quartz countertops. And right behind here is going to be the connections for your washer and dryer. Now, of course, this printer does not come with the home. This is something that the builder is using, but your washer and dryer would be in this cutout right here and you do have a built-in clothes rack that would be at the top as well. Closet space, broom closet for the laundry room. So you can see you have a huge amount of space in this closet. And this closet is very large. This is somewhere where you could even put your Christmas tree. Now, of course, going through this door right here, this is gonna be the entryway into the three-car garage, but we're not gonna go in there because the builder is using it for its office. But over here is going to be your mudroom where you would be able to sit down to take off all of your shoes, bags, purses, and hang it right here, in addition to having another coat closet right next to the garage door. Everything in this entire home flows very well and it is so luxuriously done. But let's go ahead and take a look at the backyard. Coming out into the backyard, you are gonna have your covered patio seating area. And this is gorgeously done. You have an oversized fan right in the center. You have these two white stone pillars right in front, which add that luxuriously gorgeous design. Lots of space on your patio area for seating, so where you could sit outside and enjoy looking out at your property and enjoying the weather and the beautiful Texas Hill Country. Of course, like we had mentioned before, this home does sit on a green belt, so you're not gonna have any neighbors behind you. So you're gonna have the ultimate levels of privacy in your backyard. On the backside right over here, this is going to be your built-in kitchen. And of course, take a look as I walk out here onto the property. You have plenty of space. If you decide to build something in your backyard, if you wanted to put in a swimming pool, if you wanted to put in a fire pit or a gazebo, you're gonna have plenty of space to be just as creative as you would wanna be for the backyard. Thank you to those who have made it this far into the video to hear the great news. Now, the great news, of course, is my favorite part of the video in John 3, 16, which says, for God so loved the world that he gave his one and only son that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life. YouTube family, there are many people who walk away from God because of the guilt and the shame of the sins that they have committed and that weighs on them every single day of their lives. Instead of looking to God for the truth of grace and mercy and forgiveness, they turn away from God and ignore God because it's difficult to face the one and only holy and righteous God and ask for the millionth time to forgive them of the things that they keep committing. The idea that being a good person will get you into heaven is something that is so incredibly deceiving in the times that we live in. And I speak about this topic over and over because at one time in my life, when I didn't understand what Jesus Christ had truly done for me, I tried miserably to live a good and perfect life and I failed over and over again until I felt completely numb inside. And I remember reading a passage in my Bible that spoke about being judged by the Lord and the passage is in Matthew 7.22, which says that many people will say to me on that day, Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name? And in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles. And then in the next verse, God replies to them in verse 23 and he tells them, then I will tell them plainly, I never knew you away from me, you evildoers. And I remember reading that passage and thinking to myself, if these are the people that have dedicated themselves to preaching the word of God and they're performing miracles and doing all of these great things, and even they are not good enough to enter into heaven, what hope do I have to enter into heaven when I can't even stop myself from sinning every single day? YouTube family, when you don't fully understand putting your faith and trust in Jesus Christ, this is a terrifying passage to read. The reason that God will tell these people that he never knew them is because they presented themselves to God saying, look at what I did. I did all of these great things. So because of my works, I have earned my way into heaven. These were people that thought that by being a good person, that they could earn their way into heaven. And they didn't understand that the only way to heaven is by putting your faith and trust in Jesus Christ. Jesus tells us that he is the way, the truth, and the life, and that no one gets to the father except through him. So because these people tried to make their way to the father in their own strength, God told them that he never knew them and they were separated from him. YouTube family, the word of God tells us in Romans 3.10 that there is no one righteous, not even one. And it goes further in Romans 3.23 and says that all of us have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. But the great news, of course, is in the gospel where God saves us from our sin by faith. The word of God tells us in Ephesians 2.8-9 that it is by grace that we have been saved through faith and it is not from ourselves, not by works so that no one can boast. YouTube family, this is why the gospel is great news. We were saved because of what Jesus Christ did for us when he died on the cross at Calvary and not by how perfectly we can live our lives. And when you can truly understand that even though you cannot live a perfect life, you are good enough to enter into heaven by repenting of your sins and having faith in Jesus Christ. And it will change your life forever once you can understand that. Family, I'm here to tell you that there is a God who knows who you are and he knows your name and he loves you and he's concerned about you and he cares about what you're going through. And I'm here to tell you that there is a God who's moving with compassion for you right now and he offers you grace and mercy in that in the moment that you repent of your sins and put your faith and trust in Jesus Christ, that he would forgive your sins and give you the gift of everlasting life. The word of God tells us in Romans 10.9 that if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and you believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, that you will be saved. Salvation is a free gift from God and it is not something that any of us can earn. And family, I'm here to tell you that there is no sin that you have ever done that the blood of Jesus Christ cannot wash away. YouTube family, if you believe what I'm saying, I urge you to repent and turn to Jesus Christ, the son of God. If you need prayer, you can fill out a prayer form in the description box below and I will reach out to you personally and pray with you.
